Right Jab Fitness is without question an excellent place to improve one’s life through the avenue of their physical health! I’ve been working out with Steve now for more than a year, and I’ve seen dramatic results not only in my physical appearance but also in my cardiovascular health. After training with Steve for less than five months, my blood pressure dropped by more than 25/10 (systolic/diastolic), which effectively removed me from the concern of having to take blood pressure medicine! What Steve does so well is that he is able to precisely scale the workout regimen with my changing level of fitness providing me with an optimal level of challenge and continual growth. Not only that, but the workout is always different from the prior session and I think that this further allows my body to achieve maximal development while reducing any possibility of stagnation. In summary, choosing to undergo the training that has been offered at this gym has been one of the greatest life decisions that I’ve made and I would strongly encourage anyone who wants to positively transform their life to certainly consider this great place!
