Brought my daughter here to keep her active during the summer. She loves it! It’s great exercise and it teaches discipline as well as self defense. The boxing instructor is very good with the children. He shows them proper form and they also have the ability to demonstrate what they learned by sparring, which is optional. My daughter enjoys coming here because it is therapeutic and she gets to take her anger and frustration out on punching bags and not people. She also loves that it helps keep her in shape. Inexpensive, fun, and effective activity for weight loss for young people. She has also made new friends.

My children enjoy the boxing and the working out. The instructor is very good and motivating. My only complaint is how hot it is inside where they train. Other than that, its awesome.👍🏿
