Rug’d is the best gym in the area. Sean builds your body from the legs and core, and his targeted workouts strengthen those muscles that have atrophied from sitting behind a desk too much. I would highly recommend signing up for a program. I did and I’m feeling younger, getting stronger and more agile every time I go back for more. I highly recommend Rug’d and Sean.

Sean is the real deal. His programming is thoughtful, effective, and tailored—he actually pays attention to how you move and what you need, not just what’s written on the whiteboard. In a few months I’ve gotten stronger, leaner, and (most importantly) stayed injury‑free because he constantly cues form and scales intelligently.
The sessions are efficient, the atmosphere is positive without ego, and the community he’s built makes it easy to show up on the days you don’t want to. Sean remembers everyone’s goals and follows up—accountability without the drill‑sergeant vibe.
