I started coming to Simpsonville Fit Body Boot Camp back in March and had to take a break in May for family reasons. I recently came back, and it feels so good to be part of it again! The 5:30 AM class is the best way to start my day. The coaches and members are all so nice, welcoming, and full of positive energy. It really feels like a family here. I’m so glad to be back! 💪✨

Love, love, love Simpsonville FitBody! The atmosphere is the best! Everyone makes you feel like you belong, even on your 1st day. The workouts are never boring and if they are too hard, the coaches will show you how to modify them, the music is upbeat and amazing and the coaches are some of the most personable, friendly, fun people I’ve ever met.
If you want to get fit and have fun and be in a judgement free environment, I highly recommend trying Svl Fit Body.

Fit Body Boot Camp is an amazing gym! Joel & Tab are some of the nicest people and really have your best interest in mind wherever you are on your fitness journey. They, as well as the other coaches are supportive, encouraging & motivating at every workout. It really is like one big family. I have been a member since May and love the variety of workouts offered, no workout is alike and each is challenging in unique ways. One of the best parts of this gym is the offered childcare area, I love that I can see my daughter throughout the workouts!

This is BY FAR the BEST gym I have ever gone to (and I have tried a lot). The support and encouragement is unmatched, they truly go above and beyond with check in's, nutrition support, in-body scans, and tons of high fives! The owners and coaches are absolutely incredible, they meet you where you are and help with modifications whenever needed, but also push you to give your best and improve. The members are just as great, supportive positive environment where everyone is included and no one is judged. All body shapes, sizes, fitness levels, and ages! The exercises and format change daily so you never get bored! And the 30 min workout (40 with warm up and cool down) make it easier to fit into the day. I cannot recommend Simpsonville FBBC enough!!!

Fit Body is not only a gym but a family! The coaches go up and above to make sure we know how to do the workouts correctly and they know when to push us. They make the environment fun and they are always engaged with our progress. If they feel you can do more weights, they will encourage you to try. They celebrate all of our achievements and goals! I've been a part of the Simpsonville Fit Body Boot Camp family for about 6 months now, and it's been a fantastic experience! I’m 30+lbs down with their fitness and nutrition guidance!The coaches are phenomenal – they genuinely care about each member's progress and always bring great energy to every session. The workouts are challenging but incredibly rewarding, constantly pushing me to improve and reach new goals while also being accommodating to each member’s fitness level. The sense of community from both the coaches and fellow members is something I look forward to, and makes my gym time the highlight of my day. Simpsonville Fit Body Boot Camp is more than a great place to workout. I joined on day 1 when they opened in June of this year and never would have imagined the benefits in doing so. The workouts are so fun and the community the coaches have built is like no other. I actually look forward to the workouts because everyone is so nice, the coaches are incredibly knowledgable and helpful and everyone just has FUN! I love this place, As a 40 something mother of 2, this is first workout routine that I've been able to stick to. I've completed almost 50 sessions. I would recommend this to anyone who's on the fence about working out. It's fun, every workout is different, and the trainers and staff are amazing!

I love this gym! Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. It’s a family like atmosphere. My daughter loves hanging out while I’m in class. Coaches are fantastic. They encourage you to push yourself to achieve things you didn’t believe you could. I can’t say enough good things about the owners. They truly care about everyone that walks into the gym. I could not recommend this place anymore. The coaches, the work outs, the environment, and the friends are a package deal! I have never enjoyed working out in my entire life until I started here at Fit Body. I now look forward to going and am very consistent weekly. Came across Fit Body right before it opened. Thought I would give it a try. I have really bad “gym intimidation”, but Joel and Tabitha made me feel comfortable from the beginning. This gym is truly a family. People from all stages of life come to just better their bodies and everyday life. I recommend this gym to anyone. The trainers are so encouraging and intentional. After 2 weeks, I can feel the difference and can feel my body having more energy! Come try us out!

So happy FBBC has opened here. Super friendly staff. Love the variety in full body workouts each day. So much more engaging than the same old routine of impersonal workouts at the big gyms. Love this place so much! I’ve tried so many types of fitness classes/routines…from other Bootcamps to orange theory, to Zumba, personal training, CrossFit, etc. Nothing beats this. The coaches are great, it really does have a supportive community feel, and the workouts are challenging but efficient. I end up burning 350-400 calories in the 30 minute workouts. It’s been a long time since I’ve felt excited about anything fitness related. The location is also so convenient if you are in Simpsonville or Fountain Inn. The owners, Joel and Tabitha, are kind and genuine people, and very supportive and motivating! So glad to have found my place!

Fit Body is a nice class sized gym where you are part of a group instead of another number walking through the door. The coaches know you by name and help you with each exercise. The classes are super fun and energetic. At only 30 minutes long you can get your workout in and continue with your day while burning more calories than at other programs. It’s great for any fitness level too!
