This is a great program. The coaches are patient and very friendly with the children. They often use the more advanced competitive athletes to demonstrate proper firm to the younger girls. I highly recommend Southern Stars Academy.

lovely instructors! my daughter loves it here and she’s so excited for gymnastics every week.
there are plenty of chairs for parents/guardians/friends to watch their little practice.
this gym also offers open gym nights and “parents night out” nights. super convenient for parents and fun for the kiddos!
