StrengthShop Gym has over 30 years experience in exercise science and the knowledge shows. They take the time to understand each individual, their needs, and their goals. It’s refreshing to work with someone who will listen and focuses on correct body movements when training to avoid long term effects of bad form. Everyone should at least talk to them for a consultation.

Jason helps develop you from where you’re at and progress from there - balancing the muscle groups to give overall strength. I feel like I’m finally learning the correct way to work out and after a short time I’m starting to see the results in an evenly distributed manner overall. I strongly recommend his program if you’ve been looking for a well structured plan!!

Jason displays a true understanding and vast knowledge base for training to functional strength and fitness. He is able to work with people of all fitness levels, goals, histories, and backgrounds in fitness. Only been working with him for about a month and a half now and I’m down 20+ pounds and more than 2% body fat. Highly recommend giving at least his free consult a shot!
