Our all-women gym offers personal training, small group strength classes, and customized nutrition coaching designed to help you move better, lift stronger, and feel incredible in your body — no matter your age, experience, or starting point.
We’re not HIIT or an access gym. We’re a community where women are seen, supported, and coached with care. Every workout is led by certified trainers who focus on form, education, and long-term results — not quick fixes.
StrongHER also specializes in postpartum and pelvic floor recovery through our Heal & Seal program.

Today is my 100th day at StrongHER. If you told me 100 days ago that I could bench 100 lb and squat my bodyweight, I would've said you were full of 💩. But it's so much easier to show up for myself at StrongHER, even as a full-time momma with a full-time job. Because StrongHER isn't just a gym. It's a community that covers each member with love and support. A community led by brilliant coaches who challenge and inspire every woman what walks through the door. What Ashley and the phenomenal coaches have built here is nothing short of amazing, and even though I know the coaches are going to push me and the workout will likely kick my 🍑, I look forward to every single class. I am in the best physical and mental shape of my life - StrongHER is EXACTLY what I needed.

I’m on the younger side of women that go to this gym, but it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made. For context, I’m 21 years old, and have autism and adhd. So social situations can make me really anxious, especially with loud noises or when I’m doing things I’m not sure how to do, which is why I haven’t been committed to going to regular gyms like Planet Fitness. I just started the program here, I think it’s been 2-3 weeks or so, I’m already starting to see effects! Weightlifting helps my adhd a lot and it keeps me more focused and energized throughout the day, and I’m more social than I was before starting. The onboarding process is amazing and definitely made me more confident when going to classes for the first time. Even when I was unsure of a few things, the coaches in the classes helped me figure it out and I never felt pressure from them. They’re all so kind and accommodating! They work with where you’re at, and the community here is really great too. From the coaches, the owner and the other women that come here everyone is amazing! The best part is, unlike other fitness programs, this gym doesn’t focus or encourage you to lose weight or have a “perfect body”, instead they focus purely on helping you be stronger mentally and physically. It’s a great environment all around, and I recommend women of all ages to try it out!

The biggest change for me has been mentally. Making the decision to join StrongHer was the best thing I could have done for my health. Mentally, I now believe I can do more than I thought I could. No more limitations. I really am strong. I can get stronger. But for me it starts mentally. I no longer have knee pain and have learned how to lift the correct way to alleviate lower back pain. Emotionally, I feel like I can accomplish anything. The coaches are the best motivators. So encouraging to not only me, but to all the ladies. Love it!!!

My first time walking into StrongHer I was self conscious, shy, and unsure of my abilities in the gym. My last time walking out I was confident in my strength, my capabilities, and I was leaving to go to basic training for the Army. Ashley took my goal of joining the Army seriously and put me to work. She challenged me and my body but not to the point of injury. She listened to my body and knew when a lighter weight day was necessary. Her gym became a place I looked forward to going to. Something no other gym has done for me. I’ve never felt safer in a gym. The women only aspect of this gym really helped me unwind and focus on my training. The culture of this gym is rooted in supporting women in their goals of becoming stronger and more confident in themselves. I will forever be grateful to Ashley for helping me achieve my goals and will always recommend her gym to any woman looking to become the strongest version of herself!

I use to stare into the window of this gym while I sat in traffic. One day I decided to check it out. I considered myself pretty knowledgeable in fitness and weight lifting BUT I’ve never had a workout buddy and hated always being alone.
This is where having a gym like this makes a whole world of difference. I love the camaraderie here, the accountability, and the overall supportive atmosphere. I push myself harder, have achieved much more and overall I enjoy being around other woman. Ashley and the trainers here are amazing. Well worth every penny!

I’m 72 and walking had become my only form of exercise. While walking does provide a low level of bodyweight exercise, I could tell that there were lots of muscle groups that were not really engaged when walking. I was becoming weak in core and upper body strength particularly. Joining a gym seemed beyond me for my age, and I was afraid I would hurt myself. Strongher, offering fitness for women, appealed to me. I met with owner Ashley and was impressed with her knowledge of women’s health and nutrition. She addressed my concerns about injury and she was knowledgeable about two of my specific concerns—osteopenia and pelvic floor muscles. What really sold me on Strongher however was the opportunity to join a class of women basically my same age. Before I joined, I observe these ladies impressively lifting weights under the direction of Nora, their coach. I came home and signed up. I’m about a month in and I love feeling that my muscles are waking up! My energy level has improved in ways that it did not when I was solely walking for exercise. If you’re in your 70s, it’s not too late to strength train and you’ll be in good hands at Strongher!

I love, love, love the positivity and energy at this gym!! I was at dinner with my daughter and her friends when they started bragging on their trainer and gym and I was curious and excited because I had been looking for a new trainer since mine retired. It’s hard to find a good trainer after having a great trainer - - - Ashley and her team exceeded my expectations!!

This gym and the coaches are all amazing. Everyone is so supportive of each other. The coaches are very knowledgeable is the different forms of strength training and will give you the support and confidence to push yourself all the while keeping you safe with the weights. After several years of no weight training, Ashley and her Sam have me lifting and squatting more than I ever thought I could.

Strongher has honestly changed my life. I was afraid they only helped younger mothers, but Ashley and her team understand the need of older clients, too. I was struggling to get up and down from chairs, off the floor, etc. Now it’s not an issue, and instead I am lifting weights and feeling strong and healthy! Love Nora as our Legends coach!

I don't know where to begin with StrongHER.
I came in unsure if this would be the change for me, but after speaking with the owner Ashley, I knew this was my gym.
The staff is awesome. I have never been more encouraged or had so much fun in a gym in my life while getting stronger every week.
The gym is so clean.
The community is refreshing.

I just recently moved to SC and knew that I wanted to join a class-based gym. When looking at local options I stumbled upon StrongHer. It has surpassed my expectations in every way. Ashley, the owner, and Nora the coach I’ve worked the most closely with, have made me feel insanely welcomed and comfortable. Ashley has created such an inclusive spot for local women. From the moment I inquired about Strongher I have had support and encouragement. I don't usually respond to places that send texts trying to get you to join but Ashley was different. She didn't let me back out. For our information session she was reminding me to come and not make excuses. From day 1 the ladies that work out were super supportive and encouraging. Donielle is attentive to everyone in the class. She makes sure you are safe and helps you adapt to your limitations but pushes you to do a little extra. I recommend this place to all ladies. They see you!

I was so nervous about joining a gym again. I have been to a few and they never felt right for me. StrongHer doesn’t make me feel like I can’t do it. I have some physical limits and they listen to me when I tell them my body can not do this anymore today. They help you figure out ways to do things that still get you a great workout. I would 10000% recommend this place.

Do it. Reach out. I remember being here reading the reviews almost 6 months ago. I was having a period induced meltdown on how frustrated I was with my health, strength, hormones and more. There was not a lot of self love in that moment BUT it got me here. I promise you it's worth it. You will never feel more understood or supported. You will accomplish things you never thought possible, learn habits that are GENUINELY sustainable and meet some pretty badass woman along the way. I’ve been going to Stongher (formerly Mom+me Strong for about a year now. I’ve been on and off active most of my adult life and postpartum after baby 2 I was heaviest I’ve ever been and just not feeling good about myself. I couldn’t walk up the stairs in my house without getting out of breath. I previously did 3 years at a local larger gym, paying for personal training and I didn’t lose weight nor gain weight. I’ve always done better with a class to go to. I’ve horseback ridden for years. I used to be ‘in shape’!
After driving by Strongher weekly for months I finally decided to do a free no sweat intro and give it a shot. While it’s not your cheapest option, the vibe and environment here was amazing. You feel good walking in- motivated and supported by everyone.
I learned pretty quickly that lifting weights is where it’s at! I’ve lost about 35 pounds in the last several months as well as inches, but I care more about the fact that I can now run up 2 flights of stairs and not be winded. I can bang out full body pushes easily. I can almost do a full pull up. I hit 165 as a personal record deadlifting. Anyone can do hard things with the right support and encouragement!!!
If you’ve struggled, had issues feeling good about yourself, can’t lose weight no matter how hard you try and you’ve never tried weightlifting, come give this gym a try. I guarantee you when you pick up something like 165 pounds, that will do something to you mentally you can’t get anywhere else.

Took my girls here for a Wiggles class and they had a blast! My 5 year old was asking when we could go back before we even got to the car.

Hi I want to share to all the moms to be about delay credit Court cutting that's the umbilical cord delay it for 90 seconds because when the baby is first born the only received 3% of the blood by delaying the core cutting there was received the full amount of the blood cells that the baby will need that will last him through the first year and they get wild white blood cells to fight the infections and antibodies from the delayed cord cutting

I went thru Heal & Seal phase 1 and have been very pleased with my results. At 56 years old, "they" say my accidents were a normal part of aging. That is false! With a little work and great direction from Michelle, I am able to hike, run, sneeze and cough with confidence that my pelvic floor is working as it should. This community of women, support each other and give you a safe place to work out and grow your confidence. I highly recommend them!!

Ashley and her team are amazing! All of them are moms and understand the unique fitness needs of women in that stage of life (plus, before and beyond). Classes are always full of fun, even at 5:30 am! Jeanette knows how to perfectly balance a workout for a sleepy mama who just wants enough energy to get through the day. The Wednesday night specialty classes are led by different instructors, but all are great trainers who make the workout challenging, while still accessible to all ability levels. I'll refer this gym to any woman willing to listen!
