Took an Intro Pole Class. It was really fun! Caroline did a great job teaching us a short routine that we were able to do by the end of class! She made me feel comfortable and relaxed! Also, Intro class was free.

Hard to find because it’s behind the CrossFit building. But there is a sign redirecting you.

Only con were multiple classes going on at one time so it was a little distracting. You can see the other classes while taking the pole class.

The owner is not to be trusted. They blatantly violate your normal healthy boundaries in front of everyone, they respond to your good news with dismissal and criticism, they don't take the time to see your perspective, many things you share with them are roundly dismissed and they are quick to give negative feedback without even getting the full story, it doesn't matter that you didn't get to fully explain because they were never going to support you anyway, they jump all over you for asking a basic question from ignorance, they take many opportunities to talk crap about your stuff, or your choices they will tell you that you need to be in therapy or need to be on medication....in front of other people without a second thought.

Very disappointed in this business!!! Myself and 6 other women all traveled from across the country for a friend’s bachelorette weekend. Weeks before hand our private class was booked and half of the invoice was paid, the second half was to be paid 48 hours prior per email from the owner. When we arrived into town for the bachelorette, the bride to be mentioned that she never received the second invoice. We all shrugged it off and said we will pay tomorrow when we arrive… We arrived early about 10 minutes prior to our 2pm reservation to figure out the financial situation since we had not received the email and to sign any forms. But no one was there, there was not a single car in the parking lot and no one answered any of our phone calls, texts or emails. Someone in our party eventually received a call back (hours later) stating the instructor had car troubles and no way to contact us and the owner was out of town. I am assuming it was the owner we all kept trying to call and figure out what the hell was going on and why we were still standing outside at 2:15 with no contact. Seems like our reservation was just completely forgotten about by staff especially since the second invoice email was never received so they tried to cover it up with the cliche car issues excuse. To my knowledge the bride still has not heard back from the owner… out of town or not, when you mess up this big you owe your customer a call out of respect!!

Poor business management and extremely poor customer service. Place has good reviews overall and I am sure it would have been a fun experience for the bridal party. But wow what a disappointment for our friend getting by married and her bachelorette weekend…

I took an intro to pole on 3/23/25 and it was led by Sandra. The class before was leaving when I came in (early) and the vibes felt welcoming, inclusive, and judgement free. The ladies in my class were good sports and fun to interact with and Sandra’s instruction was clear and easy to follow. I am glad I finally bit the bullet and tried the class! I will like to take two more Sunday classes before I pull the trigger on a package, but those also look great for my budget. I chose it to help keep my weightlifting fresh, so I think the pairing will be beneficial for the other. I can’t wait to sign up for more!

My only complaint is that it was hard to find (I drove by it twice in a circle 🥴) the back driveway is a little tight, but given the configuration of the plaza, that can’t be helped.

OMG!! I am truly grateful and honored to say that I was able to take classes at this studio. The vibe and energy was amazing, all the girls were so kind and welcoming. Susan, was so professional and nice. She responded and replied to every message I sent her regarding signing up and made me feel like I was a part of her studio. As a student here, I've attended the silks, slings and pole and appreciated the high caliber instruction and fun, light-hearted atmosphere. The curriculum is well structured to help you learn skills progressively and safely. Performance opportunities are optional but are a great way to dip your toe in the water and show others what you've learned. Intro classes are accessible for all levels and all body types.

Note: I teach acroyoga (partner acrobatics and yoga) at this studio, but I was not coerced or paid for this review. I just really believe in the mission and the service this studio provides! Come check us out!

Myself and a group of friends came to this pole dancing class Saturday May 4, 2024. Our instructor Fatima was absolutely AMAZING!!! It was our very first time and she was so patient with us.
