I’m a huge fan of Nicole’s classes on Tuesday mornings at 5:30! They engage every part of your body and leave you feeling awake and ready to tackle the day. She’s extremely helpful with modifications and works to make everyone in class feel included and welcome.
Her classes are fun and engaging and they allow you to forget that you’re working out. Her positive personality is completely infectious. I would highly recommend coming to Studio Fire and checking out Nicole’s classes and many more!

I can not formulate into words how amazing Studio Fire is! Each instructor truly cares about their clients and embraces the true definition of yoga. I find that every time I practice every instructor embraces their view of yoga which is something very important to me. From the flows , to sculpt classes, and dance classes I never leave feeling unsatisfied! I always get the best burn and have never felt more confident in my self, loved and valued! The feeling of having a home and safe place is truly embodied with the Studio Fire fam! <3

I am in town for a business trip and was really excited to try this place after reading the reviews. This is a really pretty studio. I loved the arches and the space in general. Like I've seen other people say, the class I took (fireflow) felt overcrowded, and there was not really much organization on where to place your mat aside for facing the front of the room. I think the biggest issue for me, which I guess could be the studio's vibe, is that the music (felt like it was all dupstep/skrillex vibe) was SO loud and the instructor was pretty soft spoken and did not wear a microphone. I have a pretty good knowledge of yoga, so I was able to follow along. If I were new, I don't think that would have been the case. I could not hear any alignment cues during the class. Additionally, the music was so loud in savasana, that I had to plug my ears - not restful! The flow itself was nice - ladder flow with poses like crescent lunge, w1, w2, w3, malasana squat, pyramid, and revolved triangle. Core is after the flow and we had maybe 2 stretching poses - figure 4 and supported bridge or support supta baddha. After class was very rushed and the cubby space is pretty tight. I'm glad I went, but I don't think I'd recommend this studio or come back, unfortunately.

Great studio but the classes are often over booked, sometimes too crowded for certain yoga poses. I used to find this place very relaxing, but the crowdedness has hindered my ability to unwind. It’s no longer peaceful, and felt more rushed from one class to another.

studio fire is the perfect place to work out and feel better leaving than when you came in. they will make you sweat HARD, but also teach you the importance of balance and truly pushing yourself. as someone who finds the gym intimidating and has trouble keeping a schedule, these classes keep me accountable! they want you to feel welcome and come just as you are - such a great environment.

Studio Fire is such an amazing studio and the best place to get a great feeling workout. The environment is amazing and welcome to everyone. I highly recommend to anyone that wants to start yoga or even wants a delicious smoothie/ bowl at the cafe connected to the studio! The best yoga studio I know in Columbia!

Studio Fire is and will always be what I consider my first “yoga home.” Every class was engaging and challenging while still leaving room to feel confident in your practice. The instructors are all (every single one of them) top tier. I have a whole new appreciation and respect for yoga instructors because of this studio and my personal practice has flourished beautifully because of it. It was the jump start I didn’t even know I needed. Thank you all for everything. 🥹

I have taken a handful of classes at studio fire and loved every one! They have different classes, some more focused on yoga while others are more focused on muscle work(even some dancier ones if that’s your jam) the instructors are all great and don’t even get me started on the cooldown with the much needed lavender towel!

I love this place. The workouts are fun, they offer all different types of classes and a broad range of class times. The instructors are always so upbeat, motivating, knowledgeable and encouraging. They know how to push you to the limit in the best way possible. The community they have built at this studio is incredible, and I look forward walking through the doors every day. I highly recommend it all my friends and family. You will not leave disappointed!

Great fitness studio! There is a nice variety of classes and I love switching it up, from a flow class, to a sculpt, to a HIIT, to hip hop cardio. No boredom here! Lizzy, Hannah, Alison and Bre are just a few of the wonderful instructors. I always leave Studio Fire feeling that I had a great workout!

Come as you are, leave rejuvenated!
Listen, I have tried plenty gyms over the years and Studio Fire is something special. I don’t know if it’s the chill atmosphere when walking through the door, seeing the lounge area and coffee bar OR the classes! Picture this: lights are dimmed, temperature is high and the playlist is inviting. It’s all about YOU when you’re there. You can really let go and fully dive into their amazing workouts. The owners and staff are truly beautiful people. No judgment. Just love. They want you walking away feeling more empowered, more self gratitude and ready take on the day!

Beautiful studio space with friendly & energetic teachers. Very motivating, the infrared heat is unique and more enjoyable than traditional heated classes. They offer better class times than most studios in town.
For me there are 2 downsides to the place, the first being this is more of a HIIT/Barre/Cardio studio than a yoga studio (as branded online). As a yogi, it is really only chill pill and fire flows that I like to attend. However, if you’re into other types of classes, it’s a great place for you. The second being the 8 hour cancellation policy, this is extremely difficult with a baby. I understand maybe 2-3 hours so the waitlist can be utilized but 8 hours seems extreme.

I took my first Studio Fire class this Saturday and took the Fire Flow 1. This class was AWESOME! When I walked in there was someone at the desk so I had to stand and wait for some direction before someone checked me in, the class teacher gave me a tour of the studio and showed me where to set up for class. The room was dim with red LED lights, and gave me a total Stranger Things vibe. The class started and it was hot, maybe 30-35 people in the room. We had a consistent flow that was basic poses (Warriors 2 & 3, lots of Crescent Lunges), but everything we did felt accesible. I felt empowered by the music they played and was able to harness my breath and power through when the class got hard. Some warriors I had my water bottle in my hand, and took a break to towel off when I needed. All in all this was a positive and intense class that I felt great in. I WILL be back for fire flow 2 and maybe another.

I’ve enjoyed coming to Studio Fire for the past two months. My favorite class style has been Fire Flow and Metabolic 30, but honestly I love them all. As a pilot, the infrared heat has helped relieve aches and pains from sitting all day, while also building strength.

I have loved everything about Studio Fire! I have taken every class type and absolutely LOVE hip hop cardio and well flow. I also really enjoy how I feel after the infrared heat. I have tried a few other fitness studios in the area, but have never felt as accepted or at ease starting somewhere new as the moment I first walked into Studio Fire. The classes are challenging, but rewarding and even fun at times, there's a sense of community, and I always look forward to the cold lavender cloth at the end of a class. It's the little things! The connected cafe with coffee, wellness lattes, and smoothies is very convenient and they are mindful about holding pop up or special events to keep things interesting. 10/10 recommend and I am so sad to be moving away in August - I'll miss it so much!

I love Studio Fire and the classes they offer! I appreciate that the instructors remember your name after only one class and make it more personal than going to a class at a large gym. The app makes it easy to see what classes are coming up and reserve my spot or join the waitlist. The classes are well curated with great music to match the energy level. It's also super helpful to be given modifications for all fitness levels, and judgement free if you just want to lay in child's pose and sweat it out (which I'm a big fan of). Being on Rosewood, the location is great for any USC students too. As Well As cafe is the perfect spot to grab a smoothie or acai bowl after class and get some work done or just chill. The Studio Fire member discount at the cafe is just another reason to love this place!

I’ve been a member at studio fire for about a month and its one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! Before SF, I hadn’t done yoga before but now I’ve done it all: HIIT, barre, yoga, etc. and go almost every day. All the instructors have been welcoming and accommodating to all fitness levels and nothing is more refreshing than being met with a smile at the front desk every day before my workout. They have classes that accommodate my work schedule and I’ve been able to go early in the morning and at night with no issues of not getting into a class. They do have a policy that requires you to cancel 8 hours before hand to avoid charges and personally I really like this rule. It holds me accountable to go and workout and allows me to get into classes I’ve been on the waitlist for. Only issue I had there was one time I got charged a no show fee even though I went to class and it them about a week and a follow up email, however, they apologized and refunded me immediately so I’m not gonna hold that against them :)

Love the place and Love the instructors, Lizzy is the best! Customer services has room to improve, notifications about cancelations or modifications to the class schedule are not delivered always through the app, and I had received conflicting information at the front desk about the changes. The last modification to their cancelation policy was not notified before my next automatic payment went through… and canceling a class 8h ahead is really too much!!
Despite all that, Studio Fire is the place to be at for a fun and mindful workout.

I was charged $10 for a no show fee for not attending the hip hop cardio class. However, I did come to the class, but I decided to leave. The room was extremely packed, no on was wearing masks, and there was no room to join in. I had Covid in January & I was only going to continue to participate because the classes were outdoor.
I purchased credits for the Black Friday sale after my initial class. The only class I was interested in was hip hop cardio. The first class was indoors with maybe less than 10 people & there was space. Then I was told the remaining classes will be in the parking lot.
Lastly, customer service is more important that getting sales. Clients should know that credits expire at a certain date. Clients should know classes will packed beyond capacity. Clients should know that classes will no longer be held in the parking lot.

Studio fire, simply put, is an INCREDIBLE place to go if you want to feel centered, welcomed, and overall amazing. Their studio vibes are awesome, and their hot yoga classes are the best around with the best music, too (which is a must-have for me to enjoy yoga). They welcome every body, and every one, no matter where you are on your wellness journey. Their café also has the BEST smoothies, coffee, and plant-based goodies! And it's hard not to want to purchase every athletic wear they sell....I couldn't recommend this place enough. Try it out and you will see!

I enjoy the vibes and their attention to detail. So far I’ve taken 3 different classes.. Fire Flow (amazing!!), Yoga Church (LOVE) and Deep Stretch Yoga Flow (still on the fence about this one.. I’ve taken a deep stretch yoga class before and left feeling taller and completely stretched out, but this class was more focused on meditation and was a little choppy vs flowy - flowy is just more my style.. I may try it again in the future but will try some of the other classes they offer over this one for now).
I 100% recommend the studio and encourage anyone looking to incorporate yoga into their life to give it a shot. Even if you didn’t love a class you tried, try a new one or the same one with a different instructor. Every day and every class will be different. I’ll for sure be back!
**Side note.. drop in prices are STEEP at $19/class here compared to other yoga studios, but this isn’t your average yoga studio, at all.. there’s more of a boutique feel. Just wish the classes were more consistent with style because the deep stretch class didn’t feel like it was worth that price to drop in. The membership prices are high here, too.. similar to a pilates studio, but members do get perks (discounts at the café, etc). I’m already a member at a local barre studio that I’ve loved for years, so sadly I won’t ever be able to afford both. Class packs it is for now!
