It's difficult to pigeonhole Kim Hix as simply a personal trainer as her skill sets encompass so much more. This of course does not imply that she isn't superb at writing workouts, knowing endless exercise routines for every muscle group, tailoring sessions to the clients needs, etc. She also is knowledgeable on nutrition, weight loss/muscle gain programming and keeps her clients accountable! If you want to improve your quality of life, look no further.

Kim has been absolutely amazing with coaching me with eating healthier, and also teaching me the nutritional information so I can make correct decisions when choosing what to eat. She has also been instrumental in teaching me the correct techniques with exercising and choosing the correct exercises. Four months ago my husband surprised me with training sessions with Kim. I was super nervous because I have always been an at home workout type person. Iβve lost 21 pounds and Iβm feeling better than I have in many years. Kim cares about her people and goes out of her way to help them reach their goals. Never a dull boring workout, and she knows when to turn it up a notch. My wife has stuck with it like a champ. Sheβs joined gyms several times only to quit because the trainers were nowhere near as good as Kim. We work out together with Kim coaching us twice a week and Iβm not sure weβll ever quit.
