Just finished 6 weeks of physical therapy for a fractured ankle with therapist James. This facility is ultra clean and modern. All staff are friendly and knowledgeable. James was amazing and I seriously left therapy stronger then before the fracture incident. I am staying on as a member of the gym which is open to the public. Highly recommend The Center for Health & Fitness.

I love the guys at PT. Ami will kill you but you get the results Chuck, Mandy, Andrea and Lindsey work me hard because rotator surgery has been tough but they are getting me back to my life. I love going because they work me over but they explain what Iām doing and they make it fun. Iām thankful for these people.

A nice gym with lots of great equipment that is kept in great condition. Reasonably price and not crowded. I recommend this facility. The physical training i received there after my rotator cuff repair was outstanding.

This gym has it all, elliptical machines, free wieghts, group classes, racketball courts, and a pool offering classes and free swim.
This is the only gym in the Whiteville-Tabor City area with a pool. This membership fees are very reasonable and the facilities are in very good condition.
