Almost 61. NICU nurse. Have not done much since 2015 besides work and keep up with life. Knee injury. With treatments at Chiropractic Health Center and very importantly, strength training at The Exercise Coach, I am already after a month able to see huge wonderful changes and has given me hope. The Coaches are caring and totally there for you everytime you go in. 2x a week for 29 min. Amazing π©·π©·

The workouts are SUCH an efficient way to get your exercise in. Anyone can find 20 mins 2x/ week- either before work, after school, over lunch- whatever. And if your own motivation starts slipping, the coaches reach out to be sure youre going to come in and get your workouts in! The trainers are wonderful, so friendly and welcoming no matter your fitness level. The design of the program automatically grows with you as your fitness improves to always keep you challenged. I joined because as a full-time working mom I was not prioritizing my own health, and within just 2 months of joining- I had lost 15 lbs and felt SO much better!

The coaches are professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The studio is not intimidating or overwhelming - so I can focus on my workout. And the best thing is clients are scheduled so I can get in, workout and be finished in 20 minutes! No waiting for equipment. There is always a coach with me making sure Iβm using the equipment properly and monitoring my safety and progress while encouraging me. Itβs a miracle - Iβm still exercising and itβs been six weeks!
