This is a totally different way to work out and I love it! The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, courteous and fun. The machines and workout routines are set up to push each person according to their fitness level. This is a system that works for everyone. Give it a try and see for yourself! Highly recommend!

I've had twice-weekly 20-minute strength training sessions at The Exercise Coach in Tega Cay for a month and can already tell a difference in my muscle tone and strength. It's amazing that this can happen so quickly. Kim, Payton, and Brooke have been my coaches so far, and they are all professional, knowledgeable, and encouraging, especially on those most important final two reps! I have tried many times over the years to find an exercise program I could stick with, but have always failed. That changed about seven months ago when I joined the Exercise Coach. I love the structure of twenty minutes twice a week and the one on one coaching I receive during each workout. It's a very encouraging and supportive environment and I'm loving the results. I highly recommend giving it a try if you're looking for an exercise program!

First, I believe in the science behind the exercise program. Secondly, the coaches at my location, Fort Mill, SC, are encouraging, positive and friendly! I appreciate that they work with me to create a personalized exercise program, and they change it up so that I don't get bored! Lastly, the studio hours and location are convenient, and I get a great workout in only 20 minutes!!

Been attending the club for 2 years. Itβs like a second home. Very much a no shame comfortable environment but with the level of accountability thatβs most helpful. The staff is knowledgeable and supportive. I believe the most motivating aspect is they know their clients and understand how to communicate effectively to each of us. Also the information board provides helpful tips and recipes and the challenges are fun.

Here's why I've been with them for 3 years now:
#1 They have times that work with my schedule, and there's no stress about scheduling a class.
#2 Each workout is only 20 minutes long.
#3 They have group classes small enough for individualized attention & affordable enough that it's a no brainer.
#4 There's no embarrassing pressure while working out, just encouragement.
They've become an important part of my health routine since I have multiple risk factors for osteoporosis. I knew weight training would help strengthen my bones, but who wanted to join a huge gym with leering guys, constant pressure to pay more fees, no personalized attention, and a different trainer every other week who knows nothing about what middle age does to a woman's body?! Not me.
I'm so grateful I joined!

I love the personal attention. I love the interest the coaches take in your success and progress. Many times, when we struggle, it takes someone vested in your success to keep you motivated.
The program can seem expensive. But you do get visible signs of progression of your strength.
I canβt pick a favorite coach. Each one has helped in different ways. Iβm grateful to have found this studio.

Wonderful experience and results with this facility. The one on one sessions are tailored to specific needs and ability levels so no injuries or waisted effort. A pleasure to work with trainers that know what they are doing and truly care about their clients results and wellbeing. My doctor and I are very happy with my progress since beginning this program.
It is amazing how much improvement you can experience with just two 20 minute workouts each week. A timesaver with such positive results!!!

Itβs like Iβm growing younger and am stronger than 10 years ago. I felt emotional benefits in under 2 weeks and even got my waist back.

I'm loving this place more and more! I'm getting stronger and actually love working out. The coaches stay right by my side and encourage me even on my bad days. If you are on Medicare, be sure to check with them to see if they cover this. I'm getting coverage at one session per week and I don't pay a cent. See you there!

The quick 20 minute workouts are extremely convenient and effective. The time slots available for appointments fit almost any schedule. However, the trainers are why I am taking the time to leave a 5 star review. They are always fun and bring great energy while still motivating you to push through the end of a hard workout. The evening appointments that I typically go to have me mostly working with Teyah and Nikki. Both of them are the absolute best! I don't get to work with Kim as often, but she is also awesome and brings the motivation. If you're looking for a great trainer or find it hard to fit going to the gym in your schedule I highly recommend The Exercise Coach - Tega.

it is a challenging workout and in a short amount of time, I like that the machines hold your specific information so you don't need to keep track of where you left off last time and they also address nutrition...the fact that you have a trainer that is focused on your workout and not 30 other people at same time. I only give it 4 stars because it is a bit on the expensive side.
