Experienced or novice, the Golf Learning Center at The Sea Pines Resort, will help you take your game to the next level.
The instructors at The Golf Learning Center will work with your unique game so you can improve your full swing, short game, golf functional fitness, course, and emotional performance, as well as club fitting. Each of these areas are the building blocks of a great golf game, but the mortar is how you practice after you leave The Golf Learning Center. Our instructors will send follow-up material and provide guidance on how to most effectively practice the game.

My husband and I had a couples lesson with Julie Cole, and she was an excellent instructor! I've only played golf once, and Julie was able to really help me nail down my grip and understand the foundations of my swing. My spouse is a more intermediate level golfer, and she also really helped him with some struggles he was having with his swing. Highly recommend her for lessons! Overall, the facility was nice and we would absolutely go back to play and take additional lessons.

Chris Tremblay was awesome! Very helpful with the basics for a beginner. Patiently worked through the fundamentals with me and explained the concepts well. Plus a fun guy! Had a great time. Feeling much more prepared to get into the game.

My husband and I spent three days with Skip Malek and it was extremely interesting, productive and so much fun! Skip doesn’t overwhelm you with so many suggestions that you don’t know what to focus on first. He picks up on the aspects of each type of swing and then works on helping you to refine and correct those issues. Skip is personable and I really enjoyed the time spent with him. I can’t wait to go home and work on his training. He took so many videos that I will not only have his voice in my head reminding me what to remember, but also a way to confirm. Would definitely love to come back!

Skip Malek was incredible. Amazingly patient, persistent, and able to gear the instruction to the ability of the player. After 3 days of 3 hour a day lessons and 9 holes playing with him I was indeed noticeably better but still hitting too many poor shots. We had the other 3 better golfers go on to play the back and I went back to range. Skip refused to leave until I could honestly say turned the corner. 45 minutes later he made a simple visual cue with a second alignment stick and the result was stunning. My wife is a good golfer and he probably helped her the most! The value was great! Course beautiful. Accommodations good. Many many casual and fine dining opportunities. Plan on returning in 3 months!
