I had such a great experience at this studio! I took a one-on-one class with Andrea, and she was incredibly helpful with her cues and explanations. I really appreciated how much personalized attention she gave me. She struck the perfect balance between challenging me and making sure everything felt doable. Highly recommend!

I started a few weeks ago with The Pilates Cure and I’ve been really enjoying the classes so far. I took four private introductory classes which were very helpful in making me feel confident and not lost when I joined the group classes. Andrea is wonderful and gives full attention to the class. The community is great and friendly. Highly recommended.

I have been going to The Pilates Cure for about 5 years now, and taking classes there is probably one of the best things I’ve ever done for myself! The teachers are very knowledgeable and I love the small class sizes to allow for personalized instructions and really make the most of my workout. My posture has improved, my lower back pain is gone, and I feel strong and more mobile. Plus, the classes are fun and I look forward to going every week, especially on Tuesdays with Melissa (a class I rarely miss)!

I’d been curious about reformer Pilates for a while, but didn’t try it until my physical therapist said she thought it would be helpful for some of my structural issues–and she was right! The ladies at Pilates Cure are all great at what they do. They each have their own style and queues so there’s enough variety to keep from getting bored. Taking several 1:1 sessions first helped me learn the technique and the machine enough to be comfortable in group classes. 2-3 classes a week has improved my core strength, toned my muscles and strengthened the pesky stabilizer muscles that had been so hard to access previously. I am now pain-free most days. I only wish I’d started sooner.

Absolutely the best studio and instructors. This is the first time I have ever stuck with a workout regimen and it's been amazing. Highly recommend!

I began having occasional back pain... basically from life. I consider myself fairly active at 44. My wife turned me on to Pilates and it has proven to me that this is what human bodies are made to do. Move. Pilates might be for you, but only if you are 1) human and 2) you want to move correctly and feel better and stronger. Andrea and Ashley are the two instructors I've met and they are both great.

Pilates CURE has changed my life. Before joining, I was having neck pain. I did everything to try and fix it- acupuncture, chiropractor, massages, cupping, injections, new pillows and muscle relaxers. Nothing worked and within a couple months of starting Pilates, the pain was gone! The only time I notice the pain coming back is if I miss a week. Coming to class is always my favorite part of my week!
The instructors put so much time into planning each class. I've never experienced the same class, it's always different and it goes by so fast!

My teen daughter is a competitive dancer and does additional training at Pilates Cure. Andrea and the rest of the team have made such a positive impact on her physically and mentally. Not only has it improved her strength and flexibility, she always comments how relaxed and centered she feels after a session. I highly recommend Pilates Cure for everyone especially athletes.

I love this place! The instructors are amazing! They are all very knowledgeable and passionate about helping to improve health and mobility. I decided to visit the Pilates Cure last April when I suffered from SI joint pain. I could barely move without assistance. I noticed improvement after my first session. By my third session, I was standing up straight and my gait and posture had significantly improved. The pain was completely gone in a month. Fast forward a few months later, I was diagnosed with piriformis syndrome. It was worse than SI joint pain. Pilates coupled with physical therapy helped to completely eliminate the pain in a matter of weeks and it has not returned. All of the instructors are WONDERFUL! You can tell they love what they do!

Pilates CURE is an incredible place! Every instructor is supportive, knowledgeable and encouraging. The studio and virtual classes are a great workout but also so fun that they fly by! I have been doing the virtual classes since March and have continued to gain so much strength. The cues and setup are seamless online just as in studio. My core strength has improved dramatically since doing pilates regularly and I can't thank Andrea and the whole staff enough!

Pilates Cure virtual Seated Pilates for Back and Joint Care with Patti is excellent for me. After only a few classes, I now have a greater range of motion through my back and hip flexors. The exercises are always changing during each class with the use of resistance bands, power loops, tennis balls, exercise balls, braids towels, etc. while seated on a chair or standing. My flexibility and strength improves with each class. Patti helps each of us in the virtual class know exactly how to perform the moves and gives modifications for those who need it. Patti is great at making the movements fit the needs of each member of the class. I highly recommend this class for anyone with arthritis or other back or joint issues.

Seated Pilates for Back and Joint Care with Patti is an awesome class, even for those of us who get lots of cardio in through daily long walks! After just a few classes my back and arms feel a lot stronger and I have a much greater range of motion through my hip flexors. As a result, it's way easier for me to pick up my infant grandson and get up and down off the floor when playing with him. I especially appreciate the way Patti demonstrates all of the exercises and offers alternatives if your range of motion is limited. The online format works well, too!

Seated Pilates classes have been so good for me! I have serious back, neck and hip issues. My flexibility and pain levels are much better with these gentle movements and Pat helps make sure I do each move correctly and safely! Highly recommend it!

Love the teachers at The Pilates CURE. I’ve taken a few online classes and have enjoyed them all and learning so much. I really enjoyed the community class with the foam roller. Everyone is so friendly and can’t wait to do more classes. Highly recommend trying a class out.

I was skeptical about trying Pilates at first as it seemed like the latest form of exercise that everyone was doing. I debated trying it but in the end I am SO glad that I did. Pilates like any exercise is all in what you make of it. I am grateful that I began my training with Andrea Nichols. She is a second generation Pilates instructor so you learn the real principles of Pilates the way that Joseph Pilates designed the exercise. I know I have a stronger core and better mind body connection because of my practice. The Pilates Cure has amazing instructors and each class is different so you never get bored. Thanks for making exercise fun and enjoyable!!!

Very friendly studio with excellent instructors. After only 4 classes, my early morning back stiffness was gone. This was my first experience with Pilates. I am sold and will become a regular!

I am a newbie to Pilates and yoga. I have been taking classes now for almost 3 months and couldn't be happier! Classes are small (maximum of 6 people) so we get a lot of personalized attention from the instructors. The prices are competitive, especially if you buy a package. Lately I have been doing the Mat Pilates classes with Gayle Stefanelli. She's amazing!
Getting stronger everyday.

I had a wonderful Mat Pilates class last week and I love the space. It is a clean and calming studio. The room for mat pilates look a bit small so you might want to sign up in advance to make sure your spot is reserved. It is located in the same suit with the health center which provides chiro, massage service. The people at the front desk people were friendly and welcoming.
