Gary and Wendy and Mary do a great job with instructions on all of the Stott Pilates equipment. Great for any body type or age. Excellent for stretching all joints and muscles.

Gary and his staff know what they are talking about. It's hard to find anywhere with certified professional Pilates instructors where you can get the "real" experience, but, The Pilates Studio has just that!
