Learn How to Squat, Deadlift and Bench in Greenville, SC
We can teach you how to properly perform the major barbell lifts in just 90 minutes. If you are looking to to get stronger for a specific activity, just improve your health, or just challenge yourself, learning how to resistance train is a great use of an afternoon.
Coach Grant will teach you how to perform all the lifts correctly and safely, as well as answer programming and nutrition nutrition questions you might have.

Grant was great! I had a shoulder injury a few years ago that caused a lot of issues in my lifting. After a lot of physical therapy I needed some help getting things back on track. The word I would use is excellence when describing the equipment, programming, and coaching offered by the Strength Co. at Blochaven. The power racks , plates and barbells are several tiers higher quality then what was previously there. The strength programs and coaching they offer are top incredible and detailed, and I have personally seen tremendous growth in a short time. I highly recommend anyone who is looking to get stronger and healthier, and wants to work with great equipment, to join this gym.

I've trained with weights for most of my life. This was my first time ever receiving any sort of face to face formal instruction for strength training. Grant helped me correct my form and was able to provide me with feedback on how to continue forward with my training. My only regret was not doing this sooner. The facility and equipment was clean and well kept as well.

Before I met Coach Broggi i had only vacillated with dumbells before and had 0 actual barbell training. My squat was slightly above body weight, my deadlift was weak , & my upper body lifts even weaker. IN LESS THAN A YEAR of working with Coach Broggi my squat got up to 410, my deadlift to 440, my bench to 275 & my press to 195 x 3 (at a 225lb body weight). True game changer.

I came from far, far away to do a squat and deadlift camp with Grant - Iβm a brand new beginner, 60 year old woman. The camp was fantastic. I am so excited to continue strength training with barbells - it is simple, effective, and potentially life-changing. Just doing squats and deadlifts correctly gives me such a good workout, so fast. For those of us who have worked in an office for 30+ years and are slowly declining from Wasting Back Disease (whenβs the last time you worked out your back?) these two exercises are the cure. Grant is a great coach, and all you gals who are intimidated by barbells donβt need to be. Make friends with the barbells!
