I knew that TherHab Fitness classes were exactly what I needed after one visit last spring. A few weeks later there was the shutdown and Patrice immediately started zoom classes so we would not loose what we had gained in physical fitness. I look forward to the classes which are interesting and result in a total body workout. This past year would have been much harder to bear without these classes. Patrice is passionate about what she does and cares about everyone in her classes. I feel safe taking instruction from someone who has a Doctorate in Physical Therapy.

Classes offer a lot of variety based on individuals capabilities. Well thought out exercise routines with music to assist in rhythm and flow. Can particiapte in person or Zoom with the focus on seniors. And the staff is very responsive and gets to know each person. They fill a void in the typical healthcare club who has no idea how to put a plan/routine together for older citiizens. Give it a try!

Almost 2 years a ago I began one on one with Grouphab after injuring my shoulder, Dr. Patrice gave me hope, and gradually I was able to do group exercise that treats my entire body. In the group I made lasting friends. I wouldn't miss zooming in with the groups now that I have moved to another city. If I cannot attend a live session, I have a video of routines to choose from.

I have been receiving therapy and attending classes here for about 2 years. I feel better and think that the activities and stretching have kept the progression of my disability to a minimum. I have better balance and less pain and more endurance. I can rise from a sit to a stand much more easily than before. I have made friends here and we support each other in the classes and this has continued even when many attend through Zoom.

I’ve had physical therapy on a number of occasions and Grouphab is by far the very best group of therapists I’ve ever had! They are knowledgeable, well prepared and thorough! All therapy is done one on one, so the therapist who is working with a patient is totally committed to them for their entire session. After patients are discharged (or even before) they are given the opportunity to join the many Therahab classes which help them maintain and hopefully improve the level of physical ability they achieved in their clinical sessions. During this Covid shutdown, Dr. Hazan and her able staff have worked very hard to make all Therahab classes available online. I have nothing but praise for this group of able therapists! They are top-notch!
