Canceled membership back in the beginning of February 2023. Spoke with the teenagers upfront to cancel membership. I got billed for March. I spoke with someone on the phone and they said I wouldn't have to pay for March. Then I go another statement saying I owed March and April; after its been canceled. I called again and spoke to someone and once again got it cleared up. I got another statement and I went to inside and spoke with the girls up front. They said I would have to call. I called and spoke with someone again that would clear this matter up. I still kept getting statements and I would call, tell them what happened and they would say once again they would clear it up. Now they sent it to collections. Its not about the money its about how poorly they handle business.

As far as our experience up there. If your child is amazing they will push and go above and beyond for them. If your child is just starting to learning they pretty much have them run, exercise, learn how to walk on a beam and roll. That was my experience for the 6 months my little was there. If they say you can make up a class good luck! We were able to make up one class because I lost it with how awful it was to do makeups. I would submit through the portal and never get a response. I would speak to the girls up front and they said I had to use the portal. I called and was told to use the portal. This place just has really poor communication.

I don't know anything at all about this outfit but I can tell you that whomever drives the white BUS to pick students up at PBE in the CAR riders line is very quickly becoming a nucense!! This bus holds the CAR RIDERS line up every day!! The teachers are equally frustrated. Nothings being done so we will be following up with HCS. EDIT: REPLY
I have video footage of one of your drivers on her cell phone whilst traveling down 544. If I had a way to share it here I would. I'll hold onto it for now. The transportation you provide is an extention of your "business" and it's shoddy at best.
Also... several of us parents have witnessed the principal & security staff tell the driver to move forward and pull over on account of the driver holding up traffic so she's fully aware.

Parents if you are thinking about sending your child to thomas for after care or camp
next year think twice for the safety of your child. Their buses are not maintained properly, always breaking down on the road with children inside. their company suv is transporting children. with NO BRAKES. There is no air condition on buses and the small buses have no windows that open since they are handicapped buses. They have you g teenagers driving the small buses who have no experience. The camp aides are young and unexperienced.
The buses are filthy and never cleaned inside, very unsanitary.
I am posting this with first hand information so please take note and check out before you put your child in a dangerous unprofessional situation.
NO background checks are done on any of tgeir employees. This is required by law when transporting chidren.

I feel that the teachers are unprepared to teach, I see only one teacher with good teaching but he does not teach for beginners.

Coaches never have a plan for class so the one class a week is half wasted by them standing there waiting on the coach to figure out what to do. They will harass you over and over EVERY SINGLE DAY by email with statements to pay them even when your child hasn't been there for months. Not one call asking if everything is OK and if we still plan to attend, just want that money. I should of been done with them with they left my niece on their bus sleeping in their parking lot for hours! She was lost when her parents came to get her!
