I’ve been going to Total Body Metamorphosis for a few months now, and I’m seriously impressed. The gym is super clean, well-kept, and has a great mix of equipment—free weights, machines, cardio, and space for functional training. The staff is always friendly and happy to help if you need anything.

Alicia and Kathy do an awesome job with the classes. They make them fun, even though it’s small group classes they still make it very personalized. They’re great about watching our form and giving pointers when needed, which I really appreciate. I genuinely look forward to the workouts.

What really makes this place stand out is the atmosphere. The group classes are well-organized, challenging, and led by instructors who know how to push you just enough. It’s a great place to train and feel supported.

I’m sorry but I cannot in good conscience leave a good review for the experience that I had with this company. When I initially spoke with Alicia, the owner of this company, I was very excited to start with them. She knew my goals and assured me that they would take their time with me and truly help me to change my eating and exercising routine for the better. However, my first session was not with Alicia, but with her other colleague. She looked at me and assumed that I was in Top Notch shape and felt that it was perfectly fine to let me do all of the Boot Camp style exercises that they did here- even though I repeatedly told her multiple times that it was my first time working out with them. The exercises were brutal and left me sore for well over a week. I got many apologies from the owner, however that was not enough for me to ever want to go back to this group. If you are already physically extremely in great shape and want to take your body to the next level, I suppose this is a great fit for you but if you are starting out again and trying to get back in a Routine the healthy way- I totally do not recommend them.

The trainers are incredibly hands-on and genuinely care about every individual that walks through the door. Two of my neighbors were both so enthusiastic about this gym I had to try it. I was specifically looking for personal training to properly use equipment and not injure myself. TBM is great in that regard, because of different levels of capability the trainer always adjust based on your physical abilities. Fantastic! I love this gym and the semi private weight sessions. Trainers are very knowledgeable and I was able to see results within 6 weeks. I've learned quickly that everyone has a place at Total Body Metamorphosis. If you want 1:1 attention for a good price, this is your place. The small group settings (2-4 ppl total) give you private trainer attention, but for less money, and can provide that peer accountability that most of us need. I always work with the same 2 ladies and we cheer each other on every week. If you have specific injuries or health issues you need to be aware of or want to improve, Alicia has you covered. It amazes me how she always remembers each individual member's needs, and adapts each routine to them. She is also amazing at recognizing who needs to be pushed, and who will push themselves so she monitors for safety. Form and safety are really important here, to avoid injury and making sure you're actually targeting the intended muscles. Nutrition is incorporated, plus suggestions to take to your physician since this is really about a total body experience in changing your health. I cannot recommend this experience enough. It's not just a gym, its the entire package, and a great community of ladies.

Total Metamorphosis is a great place to get into shape. Alicia takes her time getting to know what your goals are for your personal weight goal and body strength. She will show you how to modify an exercise that will still give you the results that you are looking for without any injury. As a trainer Alicia is always learning new ways to train effectively for her clients. She listens to her clients and pays attention to a clients form and will correct you if you lift incorrectly to prevent injury. She is the first trainer that I have worked out with that actually cares about how you are feeling after a workout session, pays attention to your lifting format and your nutrition. Which is rare. Her training style is great, and I have gone to several trainers, and she is unique in her training style, and I see results quickly. Training with her was the best decision that I made for myself.

5 weeks in training with Alicia and what a wonderful experience. So impressed with her professionalism, knowledge as a trainer and willing to listen to what
I want to achieve and my limitations.
The gym's atmosphere is very welcoming, none judgemental and fun! I've been to other gyms and felt so judged, but not at Total Body Metamorphosis.
With 2 bad knees and overweight, I am unable to do some of the exercises the others do in the class. This is not a problem, Alicia modifies the exercises for me so I too can benefit. Love the class size of 4 and the personal attention I receive, making sure I have the correct form and using the equipment properly so do not get hurt.
My results after 5 weeks of eating right and exercising all my #s are !

After 4 knee surgeries, MRSA, and a ton of physical therapy, I still couldn't do the things I wanted to do. I couldn't get out of a squat, felt like I was going to injure myself all the time, and had no idea how to get back to working out in a way that wouldn't damage my knees. I needed a personal trainer/physical therapist that would do tell me what I COULD do to get where I wanted to go. Somehow I found her online, made an appointment, and got to work. She not only helped me strengthen my knees (and hips, and back, and arms, and chest, and legs) - but she encouraged me to eat better (even though I'm a healthy eater!) & tackle some long-standing medical issues (i.e. low iron, etc.). The pandemic and deliveries, I let things get way too out of hand and being that I am not a spring chicken anymore either didn’t help in the equation. She listened and designed a workout that I can handle. Alicia deals with my million and one questions like a champ and I love the hour I am there.
