This is a nice neighborhood fitness center. I've been coming here for over two months now, I have never seen anybody being impolite or abusive to the equipment, and the background music is low enough that I can hear my own earbuds without any problem.

I love this gym because it has a lot of machines and even though some stuff is older it gives it that home gym feel I drive from a town over every day just to go here I’ve seen some reviews about the music being loud or vulgar but the volume is good and the songs are great for working out there’s lots of room and the owner Keith is super nice and friendly

Was a member for awhile,annd I really enjoyed the gym until it just became more and more apparent they didn’t care about equipment and replacing it. Then their prices went up, which I understand but be willing to replace equipment. The gym always smelled awful, and was always a mess. Also owners and trainers constantly talk shit and make fun of clients.

Before Total Fitness opened in West Union, I had visited other gyms and fitness centers and even joined one just to have somewhere to workout. When I visited Total Fitness, it was a totally different experience. The owner and staff are very professional and personable. Women and Men can come in and train without being hit on by unwanted members. This is because the owner and staff have created and maintained an environment that allows women such as my wife and friends to feel at home. The people here and members are just like family that just support each other in the goals. I managed a gym many years ago, but could have learned a lot from the owner of total fitness. The equipment that is here is diverse enough to allow anyone to change routines and never get bored. Thanks to Keith and staff I have a great place to workout or get in a cardio session. My family and I have been members here for years. They offer a lot of options for various types of training, Zumba, boxing, grappling, etc. and it’s all included with your membership. The gym has a ton of equipment so there’s never any waiting on a machine, etc. The gym also has a sauna which is awesome for after a workout. I believe this is the only gym in the county that offers this.

They also offer tanning at a very affordable cost for their customers and have a total of 4 beds (1 being a standup bed).

This gym truly has something for everyone and the staff and owners are excellent and have always been helpful and friendly.

Love supporting local small business and this is a place anyone can call “home”. If you’re looking for a place to get healthy and have a ton of options in a safe and inviting environment then Total Fitness is definitely for you!!

Great staff/ownership. Most gyms have 1 or 2 things you need or want. These guys have it all. I have been to alot of gyms but none of them offered the total package like TF west union. 5⭐️

I’ve been going to Total fitness for about 3 months now. Love all the open floor space, tons of equipment, facility is always clean.
Music isn’t too loud or vulgar, the staff is very friendly and present if/when I might need something. Nothing better than capping a good workout off with a sauna session. Recommend this gym for anyone at any age!

This is a great gym. It is open 24 hours so you can go at your convenience. They offer many classes and have a vast array of equipment. The sauna is a great bonus. This family owned business employs a very knowledgeable, friendly, caring and helpful staff. If you are trying to reach some goals for yourself, Total Fitness in West Union is the place to go!

My husband and I tried out this gym while visiting my family for the holiday. The owner was so kind and helpful. Equipment was perfect to get a full workout in and my husband and I appreciated the sauna. Nothing beats a gym open 24 hours with a great crowd and friendly owners. We will be back!!

I have no complaints about the equipment. I contacted this gym via their website but I never heard back, so I called to try to reach someone. I was given the number for a trainer because I was looking for some help getting started. I reached out to the trainer via text and I received no response. I called the trainer and they hung up on me. I texted again explaining who I was again and why I was calling. The trainer finally texted back. I explained what I was looking for and they said they would try to help and would reach back out. I never heard back from them so I assume it's a lost cause. It would be nice to have heard back from someone instead of being ignored.

We are new members. There are no significant complaints about the facility or equipment. However the music is loud, obnoxious and vulgar. And profane. I asked today if something could be done about it but according to the staff, they are not willing to make changes or accommodate the clients. Unless you have noise canceling headphones, be ready to be blasted with garbage that is not fit to listen to. I was hopeful that we had found a place to workout with longevity. But now I’m not sure.

This is my favorite gym I checked out when I was visiting town. A great vibe, SOOO much equipment that any person with any goal could find what they need. The platforms in the back were amazing for powerlifting and the gym floor is super expansive so you feel like it isn't busy even when there are more people in there. People were always friendly there too. I definitely recommend checking this one out at the very least :)

Very awesome gym. My brothers and I have been members a while. I just moved back to town and rejoined. Approx.. 40,000 sq. ft. warehouse style gym with lots of cool features, open 24/7 (office hours on door). It's friendly to all and offers a dry sauna, tanning, yoga/spin classes, massage, locker rooms w/ showers, office, store and a massive workout space. The gym is divided into sub groups: cardio, yoga studio, circuit mats, heavy lift, boxing area and several other specialized workout areas. It also offers a child play area.

Female friendly gym. I was a bit concerned on finding a place to work out and feel comfortable. Not only does this gym have everything you could possibly want or need... and most of the time they have multiples of every piece of equipment...I feel very comfortable and welcomed. The gym is huge so I can literally work out and not see another person. I’m so happy I found this gem/gym. The value of this facility is amazing! Oh! And they just added a super nice step climber! The boxing area is great along with the fitness classes. No matter what exercise level ...there is a place for you here. Thanks for all you do total fitness!
