This is a unique, welcoming and fun gym to be part of. Everything is custom tailored to you and they track your progression, showing you real results by working with them. Each trainer has been extremely welcoming and makes each client feel comfortable! You don’t have to worry about working out in front of many people since it’s more 1 on 1. They gauge your mobility and range of motion on day 1 and customize from there based on your goals. They’re very thorough and take the time to get to know you as well. Great place to work out for people of all ages!

For the last year I spent lot of time on the couch, quite depressed after my husband Newton’s bypass surgery and then the loss of my brother Mike. When Jerry Jeter from the new Trainer’s Lab in Village at Wexford came into my office last month I liked his energy. I’ve never worked with a trainer before but I needed a boost, so I thought, give them a try. Well…what surprised me most was that I ENJOYED it. I’ve always loved yoga but hated the gym. I see now that when I have worked out on my own I was overdoing it to the point of exhaustion. I’m so glad I figured this out. I feel so hopeful about the future now. I’m going to be stronger at 70 than I was at 60.

Not your average gym. Very personalized to whatever you’re trying to accomplish. I got Matt as my personal trainer after meeting him through the country club I work at as a tennis coach. He trains the kids for an hour each week at the club and I was impressed at how tennis-specific the workouts were. Very knowledgeable, and the kids seemed to really like him too. Really great experience with my complimentary session with Bret.

I was warmly greeted as I walked in the door. We briefly discussed my fitness goals. He took time to understand my current fitness habits, injuries (a recently rolled ankle) and where I wanted to improve, then explained what TrainersLab would bring to the table.

Afterwards we jumped right into the session doing basic mobility and stability exercises and stretches and then moved into some weighted strength movements towards the end.
