Lila and Monica are wonderful. They know us and our strengths and weaknesses and tailor sessions that are challenging but possible. We laugh, discuss books and just have a good time. Each session is different and kicks my butt. Not bad for a 77 year old. So lucky to have found them.

I have been training with Lila for the last four years. She has helped me rehabilitate from a broken ankle and a broken finger. She knows every muscle and bone in the human body and has a thorough understanding of the needs of different age groups. She provides a well rounded approach to fitness….you will work on everything: strength, endurance, balance, etc. Lila knows how to motivate and support without being judgmental. I can go in but I think you get the picture…she is a superb professional.

I can't say enough about how Lila has helped me achieve my goals of not only becoming, but staying in the best shape of my life! She has been training me for over ten years. Her knowledge and depth of understanding my changing needs is amazing!
I began after major surgery to revise prior mastectomies, Achilles tendon rupture with rebuild, overweight and unfit. I am now 72, continue to work fulltime as an ER physician, and feel better than I have in years!! During pandemic we switched to Zoom and keeping up with my training has helped in both maintaining both physical and emotional endurance. When I fractured a vertebrae several years ago she adjusted my workouts to keep doing what I was able to, resulting in faster recovery, and has helped with my eating habits resulting in significant weight loss which I have maintained.
To anyone who has been discouraged with their fitness journey, lacks self starting motivation, faces problems with less than perfect health, or in their later years ( as I am) Lila is the best!!!! 👏👏👏👏👏💪👍👍👍👍
