I absolutely love Trinity. I go for water aerobic classes and the Hydro underwater treadmill. It’s a great gym with spiritual people running it. I feel at home at Trinity. Shawn and Tonya are Amazing teachers. The classes are my favorite. I recommend Trinity to EVERYBODY❣️

Love going here! They have a "biological genders only" rule where only bio men can use the men's changing room and bio women can only use the women's changing room. The place is full of friendly folks and I've never seen a tripod or someone recording since coming here.

Plenty of equipment to use and always some new machine being added. The pool is nice and big and kid friendly.

Read over the contract very well before you decide to sign a year away. To be a “Christian” gym there is no leniency to get out of it. God forbid the Lord calls you to move across the country to be a missionary. We finished our year and needed to cancel. So guess what… you have to give a 30 day notice before you cancel (so youll be charged twice) and on top of that theres a 25$ cancelation fee. If you get into some trouble and can’t make it in person to let them know, dont worry! Rather than accept your request over the phone they will mail you a physical copy of the needed paperwork to be signed. Its ridiculous, and its expensive. My wife and I are on the road constanlty trying to raise our support to move out west to do something for God and we are simply told “its in your contract”. If none of this bothers you, this is the gym for you.

Overall great gym. I guess the manager thought I wouldn’t be back to pay my membership and left me voicemails telling me it would mess up my credit bad. It felt more like a threat so keep so just keep that in mind. Manager/employees can be a little sassy at times and nosey but other than that, I love this gym!

I love this gym, although it is Christian based. When I initially signed up, I thought that religion was going to be pushed in my face at every turn, however, very subtle with that aspect. I chose the facility because it's one that my health insurance pays for, and it's 24hrs. The facility is always super clean and well maintained. There are ample machines to use to do a variety of different types of workouts. They have a heated pool, underwater treadmill, and a hot tub. There is also a sauna is the locker rooms and 4 showers. Locker rooms are small, but it accommodates the amount of traffic for the time of day I attend. I go in the early morning hours so there are not many people, it starts to get a little busier during the time I leave which is about 8/9am. They have towel service; however, you have to pay for that membership. The staff can be a little more engaging and knowledgeable about how the equipment works when members have general questions, I received a flat out, "I don't know," with no attempt to help beyond there. Rarely do I receive a "good morning," if I'm not the one engaging first. Overall, I go to work out so none of those things bother me, however I have to give an overall assessment in my opinion that other's may find helpful in making their decision to join.

nice, clean facility. Some staff are friendly, some not so much. There’s one lady at the front desk that is never nice. Too much catering to the elderly and not enough class offerings for the 35-55 crowd. I would love to see more classes added for this age group. Also, it’s very difficult to cancel your membership and the owner and front desk lady get nasty about it. Just waiting for the end of our contract so we can cancel. If you’re 70 or over this is a great gym under 70 I would reconsider.

Dint really had a very good experience, the reason why I say that I travel so much around the world that I dont really have time for the gym after going and cancel my contract they toll me that my contract will cancel on December even know I give them 60 day in advance notice for cancelation and pay a $25 fee for cancel they took the December payment this not the money is the ethics so to everyone please read your contract before you sign with then and I'm a Pastor so be careful and the owner is a Padtor to but this is yes business

The five things I think about when I think of this gym the friendly employees who work here as well as the great members, the nice warm relaxing pool, the spa, some of the exercise equipment counts how many times you've successfully done the workout, and the treadmills are facing the windows so you can see how beautiful the day is! Somehow missed my October payment, they cut off my cards to get into the gym, but never sent a notice that I'd missed my Oct payment. They keep pulling payments for November but still wint unlock my key card also never sent a letter or phone call. Seems to be kind of shady. I will cancel my membership immediately.

The best gym, the best staff in Spartanburg. Wonderful family friendly atmosphere. Zumba with Yinette and Zumba strong with Rita is so fun and high energy it's hard to believe that I consistently burn over 500 calories every class according to my fitness watch. Gym is also kept very clean. Also, try the protein shakes post workout. They're really good.

I absolutely love this place. I have memberships at other gyms but nothing compares. This is a Christian based gym that plays upbeat Christian music throughout the gym. It is always so clean here and the staff is so nice and helpful. Sonya is always great! The other members are always nice and helpful if you need a hand, not snobby like other gyms. You never feel like you have to prove yourself here. The fact that its rarely crowded means a lot also. We have the 24 hour membership and have the pool to ourselves most nights. They also have a must - try smoothie bar! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a good gym!
