I had the opportunity to try out the unique workout experience at UE a few weeks ago and needless to say there areas of my body I never knew could be sore. The unique advantage of working with UE I’ve found is time savings and workout efficiency. The 20 minute workout focused on working my fast and slow twitch muscle fibers, which really allowed me to fully exert the muscles I was targeting in each exercise. Two of those 20 mins workouts and week over week you will be stronger and closer to your fitness goal. If you have not tried them before, at least try it once. It will make you want to change your current routine.

I didn't believe that 20 minutes twice a week would be sufficient for me to get a good workout and see physical changes. Not was I wrong. I have never felt more exhausted and got the first time in 25 years, I have a six pack again! You need to give this place a shot, you won't regret it.

The best workout I’ve ever had! I never would’ve thought such a quick and easy workout would produce the results it did but boy was I wrong! My trainer, Ty, was the best! He showed me how to do each exercise first so I wasn’t thrown into the deep end. It was very clear how much he enjoys fitness by how excited he was with my progress. Not your ordinary gym!

If you're interested in a no nonsense, time efficient, science-based approach to getting in shape or meeting any of your specific fitness goals, Ultimate Exercise is for you.

I've been in the fitness industry as a personal trainer for over 25 years, and I was blown away by this place. This is no "fad" nor is it a place to go hang out and model your cool, new gym attire. Dr. McGuff has created a program based on time-under-tension and, because of this, you won't need to spend hours and days in the gym anymore. All you'll need to do is commit about twenty minutes a session, two times a week and you will attain your goal.

Ben here at Ultimate Exercise is the real deal. He took the time to lay out the plan and how I was going to be able to meet my fitness goals. The quality of machines truly made it feel like they were engineered for me. The workout was strenuous but was so efficient. The private, intimate workout, was the icing on the cake. Overall 10/10.

I first learned of ULTIMATE EXERCISE in 2004 and decided I can do ANYTHING for 15 minutes a week! Now 21 years later, I still look forward to this weekly experience. At 82, I am active, enjoy walking and credit UE with keeping me strong. If only I did not like desserts, I would be thin!!!

Cool place, and great people. I usually workout for a longer duration and more frequently and will continue to but this is a great way to get a burn while limited on time. Great for people who are super busy and need quick workouts, can get their workouts made and can be pushed by a trainer that is knowledgeable of your limits

This location being on Haywood Rd is wonderful, easy to get in and out of. The interior is very well lit and super clean also. Most people with families or full time jobs don’t have time to spend several hours a day multiple times a week to get workouts in, so the ability to get life changing results in such a small amount of time is great. Ben and his crew are awesome!

I've been working with Ben going through their 20 min routine about once a week. I've been shocked with the results.

I walk away fatigued but not hurting and having done HIIT in the past I feel like I get that level of results without the next two days spent recovering.

Ben is knowledgeable and has others he can pull knowledge from regarding stretching, diet, recovery, etc.

One thing I've not seen mentioned in the other reviews is that you have the facility to yourself during your slot which I've enjoyed more than I would have thought. It has allowed for deeper conversations about my goals here.

After being an athlete in high school, transitioning into the college world, and now soon the corporate world, I’ve noticed I find it hard to find the time to get in the gym. Regular workouts can take an hour or two, and at most times my schedule does not compensate for that. With Ultimate Exercise (UE), I was able to get an efficient and effective workout within only 20 minutes, I felt as though I was in a commercial gym for an hour after the workout—it was awesome! And not to mention, I did not sweat at all, as the room is kept cool! Overall, this personal training studio can 100% help me achieve my fitness goals in a safe, effective, and enjoyable environment, all while not having to devote so many hours of my busy week to the gym!

I'm a pretty busy guy. Opening and running two businesses and completing my PhD. Time is a valuable commodity. When I heard that UE could produce amazing results in just 20 minutes, twice a week, I thought it sounded great, but surely it wasn't realistic. Boy, was I wrong! That 20 minutes was one of the most intense workouts I've done. Nothing crazy, just a controlled generation of muscle fatigue like nothing I've experienced before. Ty knew exactly how far to push things and had me as worn out as if I had spent two hours there. I can't wait to see the results 90 days from now! If you're like me, short on time but wanting to stay fit, you absolutely have to check Ultimate Exercise out. They're fantastic!
