We are visiting the area from out of state and had a fantastic experience at Ultimate Gymnastics Academy. Our two daughters are competitive team gymnasts and were able to train two days at UGA with their teams (one practiced with the optional team and the other with their Bronze team). We were highly impressed with the coaching staff. They gave immediate feedback, provided spotting when needed, and demonstrated what an efficient practice looks like. There was no “down time.” The girls that train at UGA have incredible work ethic—something that was very good for my own kids to see. Every coach was friendly and took the time to introduce themselves and build rapport with my children in the short time we were there. We met two families while visiting who both left other gyms and drive long distances to train at UGA because they love it there too! Highly recommend.

If you want a gym that feels family this is the place to be. The owner will never fail to let you down, and will always make sure she can help with whatever you need. The communication is very well.one of the coaches is a former Olympian coach, so if you’re looking to go far in gymnastics you should definitely come and check it out. Also, If you’re looking for a place to have a good relationship with your coaches and not just be a number I recommend trying UGA out, you won’t regret it.

First day for my doughter in this place didnt like the fact that you cannot watch them training you not allow to sit inside you have to be waiting for them at your car for 45 minutes will be better if they have space for parents to stay and enjoy of wachong them training

We have had our kids at UGA for 8 years and have been so happy with the coaching, attention to safety, and individualized attention. The coaches truly care about the kids as athletes and as kids. They do their best to make gym time fun and productive. Picking up my gymnast from practice always takes forever, she doesn't want to leave.

We absolutely love this gym!! Coach Nate has taught my daughter so much and has given her the instruction she needs to add tumbling to her competitive dance. She not only won first place overall through the season, she was also a National Champion l. We can’t thank him & everyone at UGA enough!

If you are looking for a gym that welcomes your child and treats them like family, then Ultimate Gymnastics Academy is a great place to call home. We have experienced recreational classes and being on team in 2 other gyms in Myrtle Beach and my family and gymnast have been so happy and challenged at UGA. The coaching staff (Lauren, Ric, Nate and Michelle) have high expectations and always ensure first and foremost that their gymnasts are safe. My children LOVE spending their days at Ultimate Gymnastics Academy.

I was a competitive gymnast here, at UGA, for 4 years. The gym felt like a family and I loved my coaches and team. I took some time away from gymnastics for personal reasons, but I recently came back to do tumbling classes with Coach Jamal and Coach Nate, as well as some private lessons with Coach Lauren. I was welcomed back with open arms and I have improved so much. I always leave the gym feeling like I have improved and gotten closer to reaching my goals. If you’re looking to take gymnastics or tumbling classes at a place that will feel like a second home, with coaches that really love what they do, care about you, and want you to be the best you can be, I highly recommend UGA.

Awful place. If you have any respect for your children you would never send them near this place. I personally saw multiple coaches screaming at children who were just being kids. One male coach in particular, Nate, screamed at a little girl so close to her face I’m sure he spit on her and called her lazy. It was my daughters first day and he screamed in her face clearly not realizing I was watching or maybe he didn't care. He also told her he was going to kick her out of the gym. I get a little tough love but what i witnessed was pure insanity. Lauren, my daughter went to 3 gyms and wanted to come back because of you. Your only comment was "we have never had a complaint before"… yeah because the parents are not there to witness the horror. You all should be ashamed.

I recently worked with them on putting together a stunt clinic for my cheerleading group and I am so happy and pleased with the turn out. Fabulous staff, clean safe environment, the owners are so easy to work with, and the quality of the equipment is great. I couldn't be more pleased. This is a great place to go for all your tumbling and gymnastics needs.
