This program is great! Nick makes his workouts engaging and challenging and the perfect length of time. I have been a member of the Workout + Nutrition program since November 2021 with the goal to get below my high school weight by the end of March
Nick worked with me to develop a nutrition program for long term impact vs. past programs that emphasized quick loss that almost immediately came back.

Nick is a master of his craft. I’ve been trying to get in shape for what feels like my whole life. I was always a chubby kid with horrible insecurities and I’ve done every nutrition system/diet fad you can think of: carb cycling, ketosis, intermittent fasting, juice cleanses, paleo, and at one time, I resorted to 48 hour fasts twice a week. I would initially see progress but always reached a point where I couldn’t sustain what I was doing and live a normal life. I would eventually lose discipline, start to “cheat”, lose progress I made, get upset, give up, and in no time I’d be back to where I started. I felt doomed to always feel fat and unhappy with the way I look.
With the internet, I thought I didn’t need a professional trainer for help because “I can google and do it myself”. I was dead wrong. I spoke with a friend that introduced me to Nick and my only regret is that I didn’t meet him sooner! He not only helped me get into the best shape of my life, he gave me the tools to live a healthy lifestyle that makes staying in shape so much easier and realistic. Nick is invaluable in the support and knowledge he provides his clients. There is no better fitness partner you could ask for to join you in the journey of bettering your health and fitness.

I’ve participated in Nick’s program for ~6-8 months and Nick was great to work with. My main reason for joining was to get my diet and exercise regiment back on track going into the summer months and to lose some weight I picked up during Covid. Nick held me accountable and taught me the proper components of maintaining a well-balanced diet. With his help and actively participating in his daily live workouts. I started the WERKd fitness program earlier this year as a way to compensate for the loss of in person classes during COVID and I could not have been happier with my experience. I also participated in nutritional coaching with Nick for two months with a very specific goal in mind to hit by the end of our session and I cannot emphasize enough how crucial his support and coaching was in helping me to reach my goal weight.
Nick is incredibly knowledgable on macro nutrition and takes a very scientific approach towards helping you manage your eating. He is patient, explains everything, and there is a genuine sense of care for each client that he works with. I set a very aggressive goal to hit by the summer and he carefully worked with me to achieve it in a safe, healthy, and manageable way. I have learned so much about macro nutrients in just a couple of months, and this is knowledge that I'll continue to apply towards my everyday eating habits, even once I'm done working with him.

I began my Werk’d journey in October of 2020. It was one of necessity. My doctor had told me my cholesterol was at levels that would require medication. I asked if I could do anything about it and the answer was “unlikely”, but she told me I had three months to try and make impactful lifestyle changes.
Along came Nick and the Werk’d program. By meeting me at my level, Nick was able to do what I couldn’t on my own at the gym, help me find a plan that I could stick to. The daily workouts are dynamic and allowed me to find a rhythm where I could challenge myself without getting frustrated or embarrassed. His nutrition program isn’t prescriptive and allows for flexibility. Frequent check-in’s aren’t used to guilt, but understand and encourage.
My second blood test came back in a healthy range and the change blew my doctor away. Since then, Nick has been helping me reach new levels and goals I thought were impossible. I look and feel healthy, I’m going far beyond my previous fitness abilities, and I’m just getting started.

I have been working with Nick since March 2020 (more than a year now) and I could not recommend him enough. After giving birth to my daughter in January 2020, I did not want to wait too long to regain my strength and get back in shape. Unfortunately, the pandemic had a different goal in mind and forced the gyms to close. I mourned a little, as this was at the time when Nick and I just started working together. Thankfully, Nick quickly adjusted his business goals to meet his clients’ needs – he created live workouts that you could do from your living room and/or enjoy them later with replay.
Nick loves what he does, and you can absolutely see and feel it on his energy, eagerness to help others succeed, and camaraderie he created within the community. He puts so much work and effort into bringing the best experience and quality workouts, whether it be by streamlining the technology, adding new equipment, helpful content on social media or nutrition tips.
Nick plans each workout – there is a reason why you are doing certain exercises with certain amount of repetitions in certain order. He targets different muscle groups on different days. His workouts are challenging but he provides options to modify, if you need to. I could easily spend 1 hour + in the gym in the past. Currently, I do not have much time on my hands and thus 45-minute quality workout is what I need - I am getting a great workout, energy, and the results I want.
I have also started tweaking up my diet and follow Nick’s nutrition tips for the past few weeks and I am excited to see continued results.

Nick has taken home workouts to the next level with his Werk’d program. He’s passionate about health and fitness and this comes through with his customized workouts. I love that these are also available on demand so if I can’t make a live session I can take a class at another time. Nick also has several variations to accommodate all skill/fitness levels so you feel like the program is made just for you!!

I’ve been with the Werk’d program since the beginning of the summer. Earlier this year, I committed to eating healthier. Nick’s workout program has been the perfect compliment to achieving my goals of living a complete healthy lifestyle. Today, I am down 115 pounds. I dropped 10 pant sizes and 4 shirt sizes!! Total transformation.
I love the access to the program with the live session replays and join the live sessions when my schedule allows. Every workout is planned carefully by Nick to target different muscle groups in one efficient hour.

I have always been an physically active person, but it's been so long since I have really committed to a daily discipline, and once I started working out with Nick, everything changed. I know results won't come easy and fast, but still I have never had a body like this, and such good health. You can immediately see the quality of his work in yourself.
I am very grateful with him and what I get from his program. There will certainly be another trainers elsewhere, but if you got here and got to read this, is because you are interested in Nick's, trust me, you are in the perfect place.

Absolutely the best decision I’ve made for myself. Nick’s workouts are a simple easy way to build body strength and endurance while allowing you to proceed at your own pace and level. He always provides a modification for each move for those of us not as advanced, for those using dumb bells or bands. For the price of a gym membership you get personalized training designed to work your overall body 5 days each week with the option to work our live with him or access the same day live session later in the day. You also have access to all previously recorded sessions as well as advise for nutrition and tracking your progress. The proof is in the results and I am much stronger with noticeably improved endurance, thank you Nick!

This program is amazing and Nick's passion for health and fitness is contagious. Not only are the workouts challenging and fun but I've rediscovered that feel good feeling you get from working out and I am motivated as hell. Nick is hands-down the best trainer I have ever worked with. He is very knowledgeable, caring, and committed to seeing his clients succeed. You can see his expertise in anatomy and exercise science with his constantly changing workouts focused on all muscle groups. Nick always updates his technology and streaming equipment, as well as his social media platforms to offer the very best to his clients during a very virtual world. His live workouts are great and help keep me motivated, and he offers full replays if you miss joining in live. I am a Werk’d client, and I became one after the coronabud workout Coach Nick put together to train people during the quarantine. I was very impressed to see how Nick devoted his time and energy training people free of charge (something I did not get from my own gym). The workouts were great, kept me in shape, and I even lost weight. I noticed during that time that even when Nick was not charging a fee, he cared about providing first rated service, and just as important, he cared about the development of his group. Nick is also very talented, conscientious, and loves what he does. I would highly recommend Werk’d to anyone trying to get in a better shape. On a weekly basis, the classes hit all parts of the body, and Nick cares, you can tell how happy he gets when his clients reach their goals.
