Great boxing gym with lots of fun, hard working, experienced, knowledgeable, caring, awesome coaches (Sean Fink, Gallman, Lawrence, CJ, Jenn). The ladies have a great workout program every Tuesday. Owner Billy Stanick is the glue to this wonderful place and Russ is the local legend!!! My son and I love it at White Rock!!!

If you or anyone you know are interested in boxing this is the only place to go! The trainers are top rated and experts and they train kids to adults, male or female. Wonderful if you're looking for self defense, training, or just getting in shape! They have an all women's class on Wednesdays if you prefer otherwise it's co-ed and Monday-Thursday and then on the weekends. And when they are preparing for professional fights they always welcome students and their family's to come watch which is really fun. This is a no frills, just training boxing gym but it has everything you need!

White Rock Boxing is an old school, Rocky style gym. My son joined last week. We are incredibly impressed with his coach, Coach Gallman. His coaching style is old school. He pushes you to be your best and to give 100%. His passion, dedication and commitment to these guys is a rare find these days. We are grateful to Mr Stanik & Coach Gallman for giving our 14 year old son (and others in our community) this opportunity. We look forward to watching our son grow, mentally, physically and in his passion and skill for the sport of boxing.
