I took advantage of the new year special sign in last year, but then I immediately got hit with an annual renewal fee only a month in so basically the discount wasn’t even a discount I believe an annual fee should not start until you’ve had the account for a year that was sneaky. I was not happy about that. I am only posting this so others don’t have the same experience I did.

I attempted to sign up for membership but due to internet issues I was unable to. Ever since that day I have been charged for 2 memberships monthly and get the run around about getting a refund. How is my account being charged if the membership was never completed? Now this month I was told that someone else came in and added their name to a family membership for me to pay for. How is that even allowed? So anyone can come in with no proof and just add themselves to an account? They don’t have any ID of this person just a signature so but think that means I need to pay for this membership that I didn’t authorize. Called a week ago and still haven’t talked to a manager or received a refund. Basically if you want them to workout your wallet more than your body this is the gym for you!

I absolutely love Workout Anytime in Duncan! The staff is ways welcoming, making every visit a pleasure. The environment is uplifting and clean, which really helps me stay motivated during my workouts. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a great place to get fit!

Wonderful gym very clean they’ve got everything you need for a good workout and a shower also offers day passes. OTR trucker they’ve got plenty of space to park your truck not sure about overnight parking though but it’s just a mile away from two truck stops

I'm a disabled veteran that's been exercising for 45 years. My back is degenerative. I recently discovered that my bones won't tolerate resistance training any more. All my joints ache.

A representative reached out to me and was concerned that she had not seen me in some time. All employees were aware of my limitations. I informed the lady of my deteriorated condition and that I needed to cancel my membership.

I recently had a bill collector inform me that I had $129 on my credit report for Workout Anytime Duncan. I explained that I had canceled in writing.

I contacted the gym, and the manager Shawn returned my call. He was very rude and constantly interrupting me. He accused me of yelling, but I informed him that I was not, but I didn't appreciate his rudeness. I explained my situation, yet he stated that I should have came in and signed a cancelation form to which I said I was unaware.

Shawn argued that it was in my contract, yet I do not remember all the details of my contract. He is aware that I canceled thru a text (in writing) that must not have been fully understood. Yet rather than explaining that I needed to sign another form, I thought we had concluded business.

Shawn is unwilling to work with me on this. I appreciate the concern from the young lady, yet if someone states considering cancelation, a friendly reminder should be obvious and courteous to come back for additional forms.

The lack of consideration over $129 is shocking to me.

Le doy una muy mala calificación por que resulta que en su app dice que puedes llevar un familiar y mi hermano me estaba llevando y nunca hubo ningún problema hasta que un Chico dijo que no, que no se podía entrar con acompañantes y no nos quiso dejar entrar, y entonces mi madre llamó a preguntar que por que no nos dejaron entrar si en la aplicación decía que se podía entrar con un familiar, y su respuesta fue que lo que decía en la app era que podías agregar un familiar a tu membresía si pagabas $29.99 pero mi madre preguntó que si también había que pagar suscripción y dijeron que si, entonces me parece una gran tonterías qué tengas que pagar otra suscripción más $29.99 para agregar a alguien a tu membresía sabiendo que literalmente estas pagando una membresía extra osea, me parece una gran estafa y muy mal de si parte😒

First time visit just to check things out. The place was busy as I would expect it to be on Saturday morning. A nice lady behind the desk was very, very helpful answering questions as well as friendly and polite. She showed me around the place, and it seems that there are as many machines and free weights as anybody could allow. They also have one free body scan a month for a premium member as well as a couple massage chairs. And to top it all off. The price is reasonable and the place is immaculate

Music selection playing at the gym isn't usually motivating. The wifi for customers is weak, so streaming your own music through your phone isn't always an option.

It is a really great place to workout especially for people like me working 2nd an get off work an hit the gym right after. My only reason I gave it a 4 start was because it is kind of small and the equipment is limited. But aside from that the staff I seen and met is beyond nice :) would definitely recommend a friend to here.

Very nice and clean gym! It’s also affordable and 24hrs which is very convenient. However please make sure you sign up for the hydro message chair, if not they will cut your head off! Did I mention I just join the other day and no one mentioned the sign up part to me. I picked the plan that included the hydro message chair thinking you can just use it when no one is using the chair! Shame on me! 🙄🤦🏾‍♀️

The only downside is nobody knows how to rack weights so the staff always has to go back and re rack everything.
