Love this gym my favorite part of the gym is the fact that I can come to the gym anytime that it's convenient for me and since I have severe anxiety around a lot of people I love that I can come at nighttime when not many ppl are here and not have to worry about having an anxiety attack

Grant has to be beyond all shadow of a doubt the greatest most skilled, personal trainer in Oconee county. Possibly in the upstate SC my mother had moderate success elsewhere but is now having significant changes in her mobility and general quality of life. 110% recommend! Also everyone that works there has success stories that come to see, heal and grow it is very much upstates best kept secrets.

I was in town last week visiting family & needed to find a place to lift. Called them to find out daily rates & staff told me since I was visiting, I could come in for free. Plenty of different types of equipment whether you’re into free weights or machines! VERY clean too! Staff was super friendly! HIGHLY recommend this gym. Thanks for the freebie!!!!

This place is well-maintained and clean. The lighting and aesthetic is perfect for focusing. Showers, key card entry, plenty of equipment to go around. Overall a really high value for the cost. I love the key card for getting in those early morning workouts and having a mostly empty gym. "the early bird gets the gym all to him/her/their/itself."

Great gym. I was visiting from out of town and this gym had everything I needed. Large Rogue rig on the left with a lifting platform and plenty of isolation machines. Will definitely be coming back when I’m in town again. Staff was very friendly as well

I clean the bathrooms here 3 days a week and I have seen some of the reviews and would like to say thank you!☺ We try to keep them clean and sanitary as possible!! I love this gym! People are so friendly here and the staff is GREAT!! Love those guy's!!! (Kevin & Grant) At this gym you also can do your own thing!🏋 You don't have staff constantly around you bothering you like at other gyms!! And most of all you are not judged by the way you look here!!❤😊🏋

After hearing a lot of buzz about this place , I decided to see for myself what it’s all about , it’s definitely worth it, very clean, they have cleaning people 3 times a week and the people working out clean after themselves as well, $15 (single) gets you started , no commitment and no registration fee! I love it here and the staff is great !

This is a great gym! Key card access all the time, tons of machines, tons of equipment (to do almost anything you've seen on IG, twitter, fb, etc), private showers, big screen TVs, and a great atmosphere. The staff and trainers are really friendly and happy to help you if you need it.

I love Xtreme! Very nice and knowledgeable staff. (Locally owned which is a plus for me.) It’s always clean and bright which makes me feel more comfortable. Their membership prices are competitive with other surrounding gyms. Open 24/7 to members so I can workout whenever it’s convenient for me. I would definitely recommend trying it out if you’re in the area.
