This is a friendly, welcoming studio with down-to-earth teachers who know their stuff. The vibe attracts diverse ages and ability, which is refreshing.

The first class I took at Yoga Daily, one of the instructors called this type of yoga, "hippy dippy yoga". Well let me tell ya what, I love me some hippy dippy yoga! I have learned so much about myself, yoga, and meditation in the past 3 months coming to this studio; it has been truly life changing. My gratitude for the studio, the instructors, and the fellow students is just so profound. I cannot recommend this studio more.

This yoga studio is a perfect fit for me, and I recommend it to all of my friends and neighbors.
To me, the most important criteria for selecting a studio is the teacher. Does their style fit mine? At Yoga Daily, I've found three amazing instructors that challenge and improve me - Tricia, Nora, and Margaret. All three provide simple, clear instructions so that I can follow the flow and enable me to to continue to improve and gain the most benefit from each postures. They also manage to keep the flow interesting and different each time, with enough variety to keep me engaged and interested while building on the core yoga postures. While focused, the classes are also fun, allowing us to wobble and laugh together and enjoy where we are in our capabilities. Nothing preachy, just encouraging.
While Yoga Daily has many types of yoga classes available for different styles and experience, my favorites are the morning Vinyasa flow classes for mixed levels. (For reference, I'm not a beginner, but I'm also no expert yogi. I'm not the most flexible guy, and my primary motivation for yoga is how it helps counter the stresses I create from biking, hiking, and kayaking.)
At an hour and fifteen minutes, these morning flow classes have the perfect blend for me for building strength as well as flexibility. A couple of times a week keep me out of the back doctor's office. I'm 59 and tall, so back problems are a real challenge if I skip even a couple of weeks of yoga. This is another area that Yoga Daily excels. The instructors are mindful in helping me understand how to do the poses correctly and to protect myself from injury by pushing too far (tough often for a type A like me to accept - every pose a challenge right?). The instructors help encourage me to feel the edge to improve and to accept where I am.
The studio is clean will plenty of props (which I frequently need :-). It's a welcoming environment, from both the instructors and the other students. Even my wife, who has been a reluctant yogi in the past, is enjoying the classes here. I'm grateful to have found Yoga Daily.

Yoga Daily Mount Pleasant is a great place to learn and practice yoga. It is clean. The instructors are great and the classes are varied. One of the best parts is that there is no commitment. The classes are a la carte.

Such a wonderful spot to do yoga. Clean, friendly and the perfect location to just about anything. I have had multiple hip replacements. Tricia is the only person I trust and feel comfortable with that knows how to get a great stretch yet at the same time be acutely aware of my issues. I would highly recommend Yoga Daily to anyone both locally or anyone stopping in on business or vacationing.

Yoga Daily is a wonderful space, naturally lit and spacious. I took a special two-hour class that was a combination Yoga and massage therapy, with two teachers. It was quite transformative and I will go back for more!
