The first session nearly killed me (in the best way possible)... (I'm in pretty poor shape)....but I LOVED IT and I WILL be back....George and Angelo have a passion for boxing and it shows in the supportive nature of the gym which helps you to reach past what you thought was possible and finish Strong. There is a perfect Balance of skill levels from beginner to professional which facilitates a wide spectrum of learning potential...I Love this place.

Ive been going here for 3-4 weeks and everyone feels like family. Super professional, very clean gym. I love that they meet their students where they’re at, help break down the movements and put them into exercises. Great boxing gym- love it and I’m always trying to recruit people to join me there!
