Great little gym in downtown for those who want a no nonsense approach to fitness. Plenty of free weights and machines for those looking to get jacked and cardio machines to meet every need. Ample parking and an all-around fantastic gym!

I’ve had a good experience so far. Great to have a gym open 24/7 so you can come in anytime. Has the essential equipments you are looking for nothing too crazy cus it’s a small space still. Everyone so far is friendly and that’s always a perk cus you feel comfortable. Lastly, they take feedback and are truly trying to make its users happy.

Not worth the price, just get a membership at crunch or planet fitness. You get way more anyways for less money. Equipment is old Owner is rude and it doesn’t help when they stare at you while you work out. The cancellation fee is 75$ too if you decide you don’t want to pay 40$ a month for a studio sized gym. Again crunch is a no brainer at this point you can cancel at anytime and actually bring friends with you. If you want to bring a partner to 24/7 fitness they have to pay for a membership as well. I can go on and on. It’s only worth the money if you’re afraid to be around people because the gym is mostly empty. Don’t waste your money here and go through the hassle of trying to cancel. They literally make you sign a contract saying you will pay for 12 months before you can work out there.

Price is beyond reasonable! The owner is friendly and always available to answer questions. The facility is well kept and clean. Also it is nice to have a gym that plays rock music and not pop like most do. The facility has everything you'd need and is usually not busy. As the name says it is 24/7 access so there are no limitations when you can go. The gym has shower, locker rooms with lockers, tanning facilities, as well as a few products you can buy on-site. I think they offer personal training too.

For the price point and what is offered, it helps take away the excuses why you wouldn't go work out there.

I worked out at this gym while I was in Sioux Falls recently. I must say this gym is a lot smaller than the pictures show but pretty decent variety equipment but not worth 15$ day pass . The owner/front desk employee kept staring at me during my entire workout as if he didn’t want me in there🤷🏿‍♂️ Felt very weird and uncomfortable. I finished my workout and I want be visiting this gym again!

This Gym is honestly the best one I attend while I lived Sioux Falls great atmosphere the owner Mark is extremely friendly down to earth, All the members that attended are awesome has that old school gym vibe great place to Get those Gainz 💪🏽💪🏽 Or to just maintain a healthy lifestyle this Gym offers everything you need I’ll truly miss this place.

Living in Sioux Falls on/off i have always enjoyed this gym over the years. The owner, Mark is a good dude. I wish i was able to come here more often and don’t mind keeping my membership even when I can only make it in a few times per month. Great small business to support. Smaller space but is perfect for amount of traffic. Machines always working and gym is clean and tidy.

Good selection of machines and free weights, treadmills and ellipticals. They offer tanning but I don't use that service so can't really review it. Clean facilities. Good regular crowd of people that use this gym that are easy going and respectful of other gym goers. Usually pretty quiet which is nice if you don't like distractions or waiting on equipment. Mark the owner is a good source of information on exercise routines and proper technique.

The facility is nothing fancy, with a healthy smattering of treadmills, nautilus-type machines and some free weights. They have a good squat rack and plenty of plates, however keep in mind the bench press is nonadjustable and they do not allow the use of chalk; Always plenty of clean towels though! Leaving gym due to relocating.
