Great trainers and owner is always there to help and is super nice! Fantastic gym I definitely feel motivated to go more than if I had just a normal gym membership somewhere. Feel so good once Iβm done with the work out because staff and other members are so encouraging you should look into joining!

Best gym I have walked into!!! Have amazing trainer that will work you to do your best but are not "too" pushy! Also having a trainer there to show you the right way to do your workouts!!!

The different stations in that each day it is a different workout. No two days are the same at 9 Rounds plus you have a trainer their to help guide and push you while you workout.

I thought this would be way to hard for me but they were so friendly and took time in explaining everything and helped me to push myself! Every encouraging. And the personal trainer Ryan was amazing!!

One of the reasons that I never worked out is because I didn't know what to work on, but at 9Round, you just do what's on the board at each station, and that's all there is to it. I also like that I can be in and out in under an hour while still getting a good workout.

This is a fantastic facility for folks of all ages and skill-sets to improve their overall fitness level via HIIT kickboxing. You don't have to be Bruce Lee and can move at your own pace with the assistance of the knowledgeable staff. I changed my life via kickboxing 3 years ago and am thrilled this facility came to Brookings and highly recommend it to anyone who desires to make a change in their health. Thanks to Aaron & team for your hospitality during my visits.
