Look no further for your physical therapy needs! Our daughter has made such great strides working with Preston. Never did I think I'd be so happy to hear the footsteps of our teenage daughter running up and down the stairs pain free!
Preston took the time to listen to her concerns, find the root of her problem and work diligently with her on her path to wellness and full health. He goes above and beyond, always keeping us in the loop with her treatment plan and progress.

I took a sculpt class tonight with Joeve Krier. She put on a really fun and challenging class. She reminded us that subtle movements can be very powerful, and you don't need to do crazy moves to get a good workout in.

She's a very calm instructor with great music taste, and she gave the class plenty of time to stretch and cool down after the workout.

I'll definitely be back for more. BWell has been a game changer for me. Check them out... you won't be disappointed.

I can not express how much I adore this place. I am burdened with many health/physical/autoimmune issues, and the staff/peers have always made me feel welcomed/accepted. I joined November of 2022, and since I've been routinely active with their classes, some of my heath issues have been fairly contained, and I'm more confident in myself. I definitely recommend Bwell 🤍

I absolutely love my gym! The instructors are the perfect mix of welcoming, kind, and funny, while still bringing the right level of intensity. They motivate me to work hard and wake up early everyday. My body has never felt better. The place is clean, well-stocked, and the members create a supportive and encouraging atmosphere. My husband and I highly recommend!

Walked into the doors of B Well for the first time November 2020 and I’m a member to this day.
The workouts, instructors, members, and overall vibe of B Well is unmatched.
Like the slogan “often imitated never duplicated”, you won’t find a place quite like B Well.

Your first class is free, but I promise you’ll be paying for a membership long after that first class!

I started going to B|Well when I was a junior in college at SDSU and fell in love right away! The instructors are all so encouraging and you can count on them to brighten your day! I think my favorite thing about being a member is that the owners and instructors always continue to improve the business and never settle. Since I started, there are two new studios, a second location, new classes, new schedules, new events, and soon to be a new Brookings location. I have never regretted a workout or being a member!

I have been going to this gym for about 6 months and no words can do it justice! The instructors are AMAZING- even on days I need to take it easy, their enthusiasm and encouragement just hits a spot inside me to push harder. The community is so supportive and welcoming to individuals of all fitness levels. They offer a wide variety of classes that always keep you guessing and host multiple events throughout the year such 5Ks and dri-tris. 10/10, HIGHLY RECOMMEND you join!

I am so glad my friend Marli encouraged me to try b.well - it has changed my life! I was pretty scared to try it (I wasn't sure I could keep up at all after having a baby) but the instructors are just so great, so helpful and so positive. It's addicting.

So I have attended online and in person classes. I will say the work outs are hard and push you. I do like feeling like I’m getting my money’s worth.

However, I was compelled to write this review after seeing their recent social media posts selling their business by using language like “everyone welcome” and “we are your team.” It’s simply a load of bull. This is not an inclusive environment. They consistently use language that is not inclusive during their work outs. Bikini body, tank top arms, and skinny jeans being their favorite, but tons of verbiage about looking a certain way. Don’t say you want everyone to work out to feel confident and then only tie exercise to physical appearance. I exercise to be strong. Not to wear a bikini and be society’s expectation of a perfect woman.

Additionally they use this language about being welcoming and in the same post don’t feature an assortment of sizes in their studio pictures.

Worst of all they don’t offer modifications on their work outs. They say this is to “push” you...it “pushed” me right into physical therapy. They are not meant for beginners and is downright dangerous. I had been working out for months and still got hurt.

The staff simply ignore anyone who isn’t part of their gang when they attend classes. In fact I wasn’t greeted at all for my first few classes. Not even for attendance purposes. If you send a message asking questions you may or may not get an answer. Finally, if you have any sort of reasonable concern about COVID, do not attend in person classes. They do not follow the local mask mandate (as you can see in their own social media stories) and they put people right on top of other people in their cycle room. I know several people who are members that have gotten sick. This may or may not be due to the gym, but their own footage of classes doesn’t give one confidence on how they are handling the pandemic.

Just please quit using language that you support all woman and body types when you simply have not done any actions to support that claim. Own the fact that you are group classes for people who are already fit and look a certain way. If that’s your jam, fine. It just really bothered me that this gym has started selling themselves on a lie.

I’ve loved b.well from my first class. Everyone is so welcoming. I am not personally a mother but majority of the members are and it is so refreshing to see how welcome everyone’s little ones are in the studio. I can only imagine how hard it is to balance everything as a mother and to see instructors entertaining members kids so the mos can get their workout in is truly representative of the “ women supporting women” environment at b.well. Take a chance and I promise you will love it!
