Dropped in for the 5am class this morning. Coach Wes was awesome. Everyone I met was very nice and welcoming. Would be a member here if I lived in Sioux Falls!

Paid for open gym class scheduled on 29 Aug from 0730-0830. Showed up at 0717 and stayed until 0740 with the door locked, no one answering their phone, and the chat bot not responding that’s listed on their website. Wasted my morning.

Dropped in while in town. I participated in a regular class. This gym has plenty of space. The coach and members were very friendly. Overall, this is a very welcoming place to drop in, and if I lived in Sioux Falls this would be a great CrossFit home.

Great experience and easy to access! I wish they would have a discounted class+shirt rate, though! Crossfitters love to show off where they’ve dropped in!

Trying to find this place is a challenge. Not much curb side appeal, and you wouldn't come across this location by chance. I eventually found my way inside, interrupted the class in session, and was turned away and denied a tour. Though the young lady that met me at the door looked very fit and strong, probably take me down in arm wrestling, I wasn't a fit for cross fit.

Dropped in here 2x now and it’s been great. Spacious gym, allowed to use own programming in the extra space, good coaching. Atmosphere seemed chill, just a really solid spot to work out. Programming here is tough for sure though. Be ready to scale! This is my only drop in spot in SF now.

The coaches are extremely dedicated and amazing at what they do. They know exactly how to help you get stronger, faster & better no matter the skill level. It doesn’t take long to see improvements in yourself with CFSF. I definitely recommend!

Nice gym, good quality equipment and very knowledgeable staff with a focus on proper technique always. By no means is the work out easy, but the coaches custom tailor the work out for the group and always have an easier option for the folks who can't do the advanced moves and lifts. Highly recommend. Class size is normally small enough to get individualized help from the coaches when you need it.
