Terrible gym. Hidden fees and they won’t let you cancel your membership without paying MORE money. Ridiculous and the gyms small. Not worth $60 a month.

Flex factory is the perfect lifters gym. If you are trying to get jacked and stacked this is the place. Whether you want hypertrophy or strength they have it all. Great staff as well. Would recommend this place to anyone looking to maximize their physical shape.

First timer & out of towner - the equipment is high end, plate loaded & the environment is keen. I went when it wasn’t so busy & had access to all the nice equipment. I would recommend this gym to anyone looking for a membership. Only thing that I didn’t approve of was the fact that I had to leave. Every lifter’s heaven. 🫡

In town for grad school orientation at Augustana and was looking for a gym to train at. Found this place on google and absolutely loved this gym! The Gym was very clean and had many pieces of equipment that you don’t see in commercial gyms. Loved the atmosphere and layout of the place and it makes it really convenient being open 24/7. Will definitely be back.

Went to try the gym cause I was thinking of switching gyms the only thing I don't really like about flex factory is the fact that if you want to go in the building you have to have your phone on you but I do travel everywhere with my phone so I get but I think it would be better to have a card or sum like that but again it's not to big of a problem. The gym has many machines and free bars so you aren't restricted to machines I went early in the morning so I don't know how many people there usually are but early in the morning the gym is pretty good and empty. In conclusion it's a very good gym with many great machines.

Lots of nice equipment. Treadmills are not super reliable and need to be updated. The women’s bathroom is very noticeably rarely cleaned even though there is a worker there every day sitting at a desk. Lots of cleaning things that could be done but are neglected. It is a really cool atmosphere and can tell they are very slowly trying to improve but cleanliness and bottom of the line cardio machines are why I am giving 3 stars.

Holy crap! I've almost never seen this much good equipment in one gym. Seriously top of the line hardcore equipment for serious lifters. If I didn't live 700 miles away, this would be my home gym.

Flex factory has amazing equipments and everything, my problem is that they don’t have the sit-up bench there, I saw some other guys using the dumbbell to do sit-up and they were catching hell, pls bring the sit-up bench!

It does not have basic services or antibacterial gel, they do not have towels, at the entrance there are no chairs to change shoes, the vending machines do not work and the bathrooms are dirty. It is completely abandoned. It has good machines but more attention is needed. I spoke to the staff and their response was to cancel my membership and the owner forces you to leave a good review otherwise he threatens to report your Google account, do not waste your time in this place you will have a bad time, I had to cancel my membership.

I have only been here twice, and so far it's done it's job! One thing I don't necessarily like is that the squat rack is not bolted down so when I racked my weight after squatting the rack moved. Not such a bad thing, but it made watching my form difficult.

My honest opinion is that it is a quality gym for what I need, I was looking for a 24/7 gym that isn’t crowded like the fitness centers (Crunch, Great Life, and PF), the gym offers high quality equipment, but lacks cardio machines, which I don’t really care about. Some minor issues that I have; no seating in near the entrance of the gym to change shoes so you don’t wear outside shoes in, in the men’s bathroom just a single toilet, not a issue if it isn’t busy, you must have a smart phone to use this gym and the bigger issue to me is that the squat racks aren’t screwed into the ground, I can move the racks if need be and one isn’t even level to the ground. That being said I still will continue to lift here, I enjoy it.
