It is a nice place to stop by for a workout. It doesn't have all the crazy new equipment but has everything you need. Friendly staff and always clean.

Great Life is Trash, be very very careful what they tell you vs what they do. Multiple times I was told you can cancel any time, I tried to cancel membership and they auto renewed my family for another year. Now today they did the same to my daughter who had a “short term” membership and is now at college and they just keep on charging for a membership. Shady trash way to do business

While the equipment may be fine, the staff is ridiculous. I stopped by to sign up for a membership for myself and my husband. The doors were locked, even though it was during the “staffed” hours. I googled the phone number and a gal answered, giggling, and then hung up before she could even say greatlife.. I called again. This time, a man answered. I started to ask if they were open, when he proceeded to open the door that I was standing in front of. It was evident they saw me standing at the door and didn’t bother to open it or ask if I needed assistance. I walked into the door, he hung up the phone and walked away from me. He did not acknowledge my presence again during the remainder of my visit.
The gal that helped me, presumably the one that hung up on me the first time, seemed confused that someone actually wanted to sign up for a membership. She had a few snarky remarks, including telling me it was wasteful to give me an unactivated card to put in my husbands birthday card.
I don’t think either of these people understood what customer service means or even how to be polite quite frankly. If it wasn’t his birthday the following day, I would have skipped it altogether and got him something else besides a golf membership because the way I was treated is simply appalling.

Great gym when i want to change locations. I trained at this location when it was another gym and GL has really stepped it up. Smart use of space. Great classes offered, excellent equipment and knowledgeable trainer's. Always clean here. Plus, post gym options at the GIANT Hyvee next door. #chickenandrice

I typically workout in Dell Rapids, but when I am in Sioux Falls, I workout here. Great gym- feels more like a weight room instead of a wellness center. Very clean, not too populated (most of the time), and is all around a very good place to lift.

I love this gym! It seems to attract friendly people and yet there's always enough room to grab a treadmill or squat rack, or head upstairs and make use of a beautiful spin room! This place feels like a hidden gem for your dedicated workouts. Whether you are a heavy lifter or just looking for a place to stretch in peace, this is a great place. It's also one of the Great Life locations that's open 24 hours so that's a huge perk if you're a night owl or a real early riser.

Excellent staff, great cardio area separate from a great weights area. Classes upstairs. Large locker space. Best GreatLIFE location in town, especially if you're hoping to avoid the large crowd of the main one. Feels more like a gym and less like a club.
