There is never any staff and working out alone is a lot better and helps me focus when theres no one watching, and there are great machines and racks to use and i love the 24 hours

Needs more equipment. Equipment that is here needs maintenance. It’s always freezing in the winter in the back room. The only reason I haven’t cancelled my membership and went to rapid fitness is because they will charge me for the rest of my contract. It’s clean yes, and the staff is nice, but if you’re looking for someplace with powerlifting, strongman, or CrossFit capabilities this is not the place.

They are never staffed. I go in there at the staffed hours and there is never anyone. I want to get a membership and yet I can’t because no one is ever there to sign me up.
