Koko FitClub is such a cool, unique fitness facility. I'm not one to leave reviews however amanda was AMAZING and WILLING to work with me on a misunderstanding on my part when it comes to the cancelation policy. The gym itself isn't crowded and clean and the machines are a different twist on working out.

William and Amanda and there training staff is simply amazing i had a very serious illness that I lost alot of strength with being hospitalized so with there programs i was able to get back my strength and so much more I'm in much better shape than I ever was and i working out days a week and twice a day for the last 6 months I truly enjoyed going their and made some new life long friendship i would highly recommend any one who's want a personalized fitness journey

The perfect small gym for those who want to get in and get their cardio and weight training finished. I love the fact that the workout programs (on your own personal key) are individualized for me. I donβt need to think about how much weight to lift or how many reps to do - Koko does it for me. I just show up. I find the workouts to be a challenge with good variety.

The staff is so friendly and helpful. They know people by name. I really like how the program is set up where you receive a personalized workout every time, and there are a lot of options for what type of program you want. There are also incentives and leader boards which I have found super motivating!

When looking to retire, my wife and I decided to schedule time each week for physical activity, mental activity, and social activity. Koko Fit is a great resource to meet our physical activity goals. Not only are workouts well designed, but it is almost like having a personal trainer. On the rare occasions when we do need assistance, Koko Fit staff is always available and helpful.

I LOVE Kokofit! It is like having a personal trainer with an individualized program including sets, reps and weights tailored to your own needs. The great thing about it is that it is there waiting for you whenever your schedule allows you to go! There are never two workouts exactly the same but it always works all of your muscle groups. I always feel like my body has been worked, but Iβve never been sore or strained. I am not a βgym ratβ but I highly recommend this clean and friendly work out space.

I have been going to Koko FitClub for 2 1/2 years. I love the digital workouts that help me keep in shape and takes the guesswork out of my weights and exercises. I lost over 30lbs and feel great. I am over 60 and have built up my strength and endurance, plus my balance is much better. The staff and other members are so supportive and kind. It makes it easy to want to come and work out every morning.

In response: You are mistaken. I did show up and did cardio and strength training 5 times a week for the first 4 weeks - until I got sick. There are a couple gals I worked out that can verify that. I called or emailed every week for 4 weeks stating 11 am meeting does not work as I work 8-5. I always requested a meeting at 530 or 6 pm and did meet with your staff instead.
You assumed I was not following the program- but you did not see my food journal -so how could you offer suggestions? We did not communicate well. I lost 6 pounds the first week and the response was - oh that's just water weight. No good job - way to go - nothing. I'm sorry, I just expected more positive feedback and/or coaching.
I joined a six week challenge this past summer and was very disappointed in the support and flexibility of the eating program. I was expecting alot more one on one help than I received. I work full time and wanted to schedule my weekly meetings after 5 with the owner- which proved to be difficult. I even tried to meet during my lunch break but with time constraints, I could not get a full meeting in. My meetings were rushed and Inpersonable with the owner. We sat in the middle of the room so our discussion could be heard by all. No privacy what so ever. It is a one diet fits all program with no flexibility for health issues. There was very little encouragement and not alot of suggestions for alternatives.
The staff was freindly and I did like the 24 access to workout but it was not worth the price. Overall I wouldn't recommend the program.

I just finished a 6 week challenge! I met and even exceeded my goal. The fit coaches are very knowledgeable and encouraging. The Smart-trainer machines are very easy to use, even for someone who does not know how to lift, how much to lift and how many reps. The machine does it all for you! It's not cheap but your health is worth it.

I successfully completed a 6 week challenge thanks to the three wonderful coaches that helped me every step of the way at this club. Seriously, if you're looking to change your life, or get back on track, this is the way to go. I lost 5.3% body fat, a little more than 10 pounds, and gained 35% strength. I really couldn't believe how much strength, discipline and determination I had within me and this place was the one to show that to me. I'm grateful for this place.

I could not believe the actual recovery of fitness in 3 months, after nearly dying of MERSA and 7 months in Hospital. Pleasant, comfortable environment, with skilled coaches. No comparison to a regular "gym," except having same weight lifting and aerobic possibilities. Variety of exercises to avoid boredom.

I truly appreciated my workout sessions here. I have never known a gym to be staffed with successfully friendly and knowledgeable people. They really do make an effort to remember your name and get to know you and your goals. All the workout programs are saved on a USB device (what to do and what you've done) and all equipment have a digital screen to show you what to do and how to do it. Very tech savvy! Not every workout is the same and you can even track your results on the website. Awesome place for new folks who want to improve their lifestyle!

Koko fit is the ONLY way for me:) It is like having a personal trainer without the cost of a personal trainer. If you really want to start working out but don't have the knowledge or stick to it attitude this may be your answer. I have seen a 73% increase in my strength in just 2 years and have lost a couple percent of body fat with Koko's unique way of working out. I am in and out in 30 to 60 minutes depending on whether I do both strength and cardio or just one or the other. I have never been able to work out consistently for over 2 months before Koko and now I'm on my third year! Try it you will not be disappointed:)

I have been a member at Koko FitClub of Rapid City for over 4 years. I love it, there is nothing like it. I get strength training that is individualized for me with each and every workout. The Koko Smart Trainer changes up my workouts giving me different exercises at different weights and different time under tension to keep my body guessing and growing stronger each time I go in. This is something I would never be able to accomplish on my own. It really is like having a personal trainer without all the cost!

Koko is the best club I have ever utilized. The hardest part about this gym really is walking through the front door. Once your at the club all you have to do is plug in and all the thinking has been done for you. The challenges the club holds weekly/monthly/yearly are great as well, helps me keep from getting in a workout rut. The staff at Koko in Rapid City are amazing, you aren't just another person who helps pay their paycheck, you become their friends. I would highly recommend this club to persons of any age, gender, and fitness level!

I joined KoKo when it first opened in Rapid City! I have used personal trainers in the past which I really enjoyed but with KoKo I can go whenever I want to 7 days a week with a much lower cost. What I love about KoKo is the strength workouts and how the machines automatically push the weights up as you become stronger as well as taking the strength tests to see how much stronger you have become. The technology is amazing with KoKo. The cardio is fun! Each season you get new workouts to listen to as well as just 15 minutes for your cardio workout helps me with my busy work schedule. It is always clean and the team at KoKo is upbeat and very knowledgeable!! thanks to all. I love my workouts!

As a former "gym rat", I was skeptical about a guided work out regimen using only machine weight / strength training equipment. After 3 and a half month at Koko I feel stronger, leaner and overall much happier :-) It takes the guesswork out of working out. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. Convenient hours, very clean workout area, fun contests and awesome fellow Kokoers! Give it a try, specially if you're intimidated by "regular" gyms. It works :-)
I'm just adding to my review! I'm proud to say this is my 14th month at Koko. My strenght has jumped 99% from my first day at Koko. It's hard to believe I keep coming back. I've been known to be at the club at 5am when I know my schedule will be too crazy to come at night. I switched my program to one for arthritis and I like it. It keeps me moving even on my "bad" days when by body aches.
I still give Koko an great review because it keeps me coming back, it's adjustable to any health conditions, the staff is still awesome (!) and it's open early and late.
