I joined Krave Gym a couple of weeks ago because it was close to home and I was ready for a change…I am so glad I did!
The coaches are encouraging and knowledgeable. The workouts are in a group, and the people that attend are laid back and fun, with no judgements—we are all there to get fit! Being with a group makes me try harder than if I was working out alone - especially with the agility work. You don’t need to “wait until you get in shape to start…” just go for it! You will figure it out as you go, and you won’t regret it!

Krave is the best gym I have ever been a member of! I've been with Krave Gym since opening day and I couldn't be happier with my decision to join the team! Participating in athletics most of my life, I felt like I was missing the challenge that many "training days" gave while being an athlete. Krave has certainly provided me with the challenge and also helped promote the athlete mindset that I love. The coaches also do a phenomenal job of bringing the energy and pushing each athlete to achieve their highest potential.

I started coming to Krave to switch things up from my normal workout routine. I started getting results within just a few weeks and have way more energy! The trainers are all super knowledgeable and make things fun. Would recommend to anyone who is in a “rut” or just wants an effective workout!

This is the kind of gym experience I have been looking for in Sioux Falls. The programming works well as a standalone or supplement to other training. The class size is great (on the smaller size so you can get help from coaches), the programming is unique, and the coaches are friendly and knowledgeable. The combination of strength, agility work, striking/kickboxing, and cardio has helped with my overall fitness in ways I haven't seen for years. The focus on being part of a team/community is something that sets this apart from other gyms/fitness studios. Having 24/7 access to the gym to workout on your own time in addition to the classes is the icing on the cake. The equipment is high quality and clean with plenty of treadmills, rowers, punching bags, barbells, plates, and adjustable dumbbells to name a few. So glad I tried it out and joined!

Awesome trainers and programming that pushes your limits. New seasons every 9 weeks to keep my body sharp and strong. I love seeing people of all abilities showing up and getting the work done. Love this gym and the coaches! I’m a breast cancer survivor and I was looking for something to help me with all of my joint pain and increase my flexibility. I started here in July at the beginning of strength season and I literally have no more joint pain and my flexibility has increased immensely! Love this place! Recommend to anyone!

I've been attending classes at Krave 3x/week since opening day. The workouts are challenging, the coaches are friendly and super helpful and encouraging. I really enjoy group workouts, and my teammates are awesome to workout with and we are all very supportive of one another. I've made significant improvements in my abilities since joining. I can't wait to make more gains!

This is the first gym studio with classes and 24/7 access that feels like it was made for me as a former athlete with a competitive mindset.
The schedule is set up for 3 hard classes per week instead of constant with a push/pull lower, upper and total body switch throughout the week. There are 8 week seasons with different focuses like agility, strength, power, etc. and a challenge you test 3x per season to track progress.
It also has 24/7 access to heavy weights and good equipment and turf like a college weight room if I need it.

It had been a few years since I last worked out at a gym, so I was a bit nervous about joining Krave, especially with their group fitness model. When you're not at your fittest, exercising alongside others can be intimidating.
However, nothing could be further from the truth with Krave! It’s full of people just like me—individuals looking to push themselves, make a lifestyle change, and rely on fantastic trainers and a supportive workout community for results.
The trainers are all amazing and easy to connect with. Be ready to feel sore for the first few weeks, but before you know it, going to the gym will be a regular part of your routine. I highly recommend Krave Gym!
