Pole is a fast workout, impactful, creative, fun, and amazing way to work out and meet inspiring people. It’s so fun you don’t realize how hard you are working in that one hour. I have been to many pole studios across the country, and Anna and Breawna who run the studio are very efficient, have safety in mind, and are kind amazing people to know too. We are extremely lucky to have them in Rapid City. They are the best studio overall I have been to so far. They teach will safety and fun in mind. Take a class, you will not regret it. ❤️

The adult aerial silks classes at Live It Up Studio are fantastic! The studio is welcoming, clean, and well-equipped. Coach Alyssa is incredibly knowledgeable and supportive, helping students progress safely while encouraging them to challenge themselves. There’s a great atmosphere in every class, and the entire team is friendly and approachable. It’s a wonderful place to learn and grow—highly recommend it to anyone looking to get in shape and have fun!

I started with a drop-in class here a year ago and fell completely in love! All of the instructors are so great and the classes are so fun. They obviously offer a lot of classes for kids but they have a great selection of adult classes too and trying all sorts of aerial (yoga, silks, sling, and pole) has been such a great challenge for me. I'm in and out of town a lot and the studio is very flexible and accommodating to my schedule which I'm thankful for.

Live it Up is such a gem for Rapid City - try a drop-in class or just sign up, you won't regret it!

I signed up for a one time pole class to test out the class and studio and absolutely fell in love with the instructors and overall vibe at this studio! Everyone is so welcoming here! So I ended up signing up for a full intro to pole class and it has quickly became my favorite part of my week! I HIGHLY recommend this studio!

Live it up studio is a great and friendly studio! Couch Anna and Kelly are my daughters 2 teachers and they are so loving and welcoming to all! Its a great fitness for my daughter while doing what she loves! They are very well trained and great teachers and thorough with what they teach and make sure everyone is getting the help! I highly recommend 👌

Live It Up Studio is amazing dance, fitness, circus center - one of the kind here in Rapid City, SD.
It’s a real gem! They offer variety of classes and courses that you can take: from Aerial Silks and Lyra to Pole Sport and Dance. The studio is very spacious and has multiple rooms to accommodate all the clients. My favourite is the Pole Dance room which is called Polerina Studio. There is a really cool design on the wall and a full wall backdrop that is super awesome for pictures. Just stop by the studio and have a look. And you will fall in love with it just as much as I did!

I was so skeptical when I found Live it up and Polerina studio.. in a mall no less. Upon entering, I was immediately greeted and checked in for my first pole class. Everyone from the lady signing you in, to the tour of the facilities, to my actual class was a very good experience, considering that this city doesn't have much to offer in the way of aerial or pole, and I was just passing through.

There have to be at least 12-15 beautiful silks. That is what you see past the counter on the right. A few hammocks, but the entire space is immaculate and myself being very covid aware was so happy to have them tell me they have an intense cleaning crew every day to keep myself and others safe..

Now let's get down to my pole class. The pole room is separated from the aerial area, and I like my privacy. Plus the pretty lights were just a nice touch at night.

I really did not expect much from a tiny town but their warm ups were really thorough. I took a beginner 2 class and felt challenged, today my core feels so sore but I want to put on my heels and dance, dance, dance! I'm only in town here or there, so I really hope to snag a choreo class and a silks class while I am here for work, or at least when I come back.

We loved it there! Their homeschool revolution program was everything! So awesome. We were so sad to move. Seriously this program helped my daughter so much come out of her shell, make friends, be active and provide a wide range of learning. It was worth every penny.
