I love oi performance becuase there like family to me also there my friends and the reason i became a member of the oi performace center because i want to lose weight and also doing active 8 challanges and also im doing this for special olympics south dakota and want to do it for my friends and everyone else and hope everyone to become a member of oi performance.

I’ve been a member at OI Performance a little over a year. It has been the only place I’ve felt comfortable enough to be consistent, be vulnerable in my challenges, and the coaches have always held me accountable to the results I was seeking. I moved states for part of the year and OIP was still accommodating enough to put my workouts online and keep in touch with me. When I moved back they were my first call to get set up again for in person personal training again. Each of the coaches truly care about their athletes and clients. I love being apart of OIP!

I’ve been taking strength and bootcamp classes at OI Performance for 5 years now, and I love the workouts. The coaches are quick to fix posture so you don’t get injured and have optimal performance. Don’t let these workouts intimidate you, just come in and and start from the ground up like I did! It’s not boring because they change up the workouts every day. I highly recommend it!
