I travel, so i use PF mostly for showers. This was THE BEST shower ever! The space is the normal size for PF with the extra "foyer" outside the actual shower stall for changing and a little privacy with a second curtain. The best part was the water temperature - it actually got hot! So hot that I had to turn it down. (PF: please don't turn the temp down because of this review!) The water pressure was perfect. Also. It is an overhead rain shower, and center wall shower that can be run simultaneously.

Great place, good service. Only negative thing is when the younger kids work in the evenings or overnight seems like the tanning rooms are usually pretty gross (obviously i clean them before and after so not a huge deal but still kinda nasty to walk in and see a gross smeared up tanning bed) However i’ve never had that issue when the people the morning guys or day people are there. Typically friendly service

seriously, the up head music volume is out of hand, everybody has his own earbuds, and it doesn't make any sense for the staff not being able to control the volume, i am intending to change into another gym

I was on my lunch, and wanting to tan real quick. I been under alot of stress. I went to go check in and realize I missed place my purse. So I asked is there any stickers. They said yes but there 50cents I ran out to my car and found 50cents. The manager there said we don't except cash. I said can you charge my account she said no. I seen them give those stickers away here and there, but not for me. I said then I will cancel my membership she said OK. I can't believe they gave up a customer who barely goes for 50 cent tanning stickers. Crunch fitness my be where I should go. Clearly planet fitness is not welcoming. My whole lunch was ruined. Tanning is supposed to be in and out. I will be spreading the word.

It has a cool relaxed atmosphere and has all the equipment you need for a free weight workout or a machine workout. I like the massage rooms especially.

Love this gym! Low cost membership with many perks. NO CONTRACTS! Many work out machines and areas, cardio , strength training and weights, massage chairs, hydro-mat, tanning, lockers. Very clean, well maintained and all staff has been exceptional. Thank you Planet Fitness for making this an affordable and welcoming place to be!

Last time when I wanted to use a massage chair, the staff said it closes 20 minutes before closing. So I made sure that I went early this time. I went at 6:35pm, 25 minutes earlier than 7pm closing time. The staff Olivia said that she likes it to be closed 30 minutes before closing. I asked why everyone is saying different things, she said that it’s totally up to individual staff’s preferences. Are you serious Planet Fitness? I just wanted to ask, are you serious? Are we just a joke to you?

Great location, great equipment, needs hours fixed, wasted well over an hour of my night getting ready and hurrying to get a quick workout in before they closed at midnight, they're closed at 9 on Fridays.

I left a big name gym in sioux falls to come over to planet fitness. The location a facility is great with more than enough equipment. As a black card member since it open in November 2023. Ernie has provided great customer service and is always taking care of us members. I would like to see a trainer in house like they have on 41st, as the one they say is the trainer at the east side location is always walking around with the same employee daily and not very customer friendly or approachable.

Incredible customer service at the new Eastside location. Became a Black Card member(all the bells & whistles) for rehab using massage chair hydro and tanning beds and have even brought 3 guests free(perk). B4 becoming a member was a guest of my daughters at PF Boston and my son at PF Omaha. Whether needing therapy or a great workout in a clean safe environment 24-7 Planet Fitness is the place to be. I know first hand as someone who is nearly a senior with many health issues the impact of poor health/genetics / disease on long term quality of life. Check out PF give yourself a leg up. Good Luck
