Absolutely love this place! I had the best experience with intro to pole. It was such a comfortable and accepting environment. Monday nights became my new favorite thing to look forward to! Dionne was a great instructor and I can’t wait to work with her in higher levels!

I had a great time in Dionne’s intro to pole class and can’t wait to continue to level 1! I was nervous to step out of my comfort zone but it was the best thing I could have done. So much fun and a great, supportive atmosphere. Give it a try and find your newest obsession!

I took into and had a blast. It's not easy but all the women are supportive and the coach helps a lot. I'd recommend trying it if you have ever been curious. Also a great way to build strength

I have been taking classes with Coach Dionne here for a little over a year and it’s been great! Pole sport is about so much more than just the moves, it teaches you how to train and strengthen so you can properly execute moves and be comfortable and confident doing it. It’s such a safe environment and everyone is so supportive, always cheering each other on. There isn’t any of the negative energy you sometimes get when you’re in a female-dominated experience. It’s totally amazing. If you’ve been thinking about trying pole but are nervous or intimidated, just do it!! It’s a great experience and you will be happy you did. Polerina is an awesome place to learn and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I absolutely love taking classes here. It’s really fun and the coaches are so friendly! I have been able to build up my upper body strength and build my coordination! Coach Dionne is amazing! She breaks everything down into small steps and modifies the skills if you done have the strength built up yet. I recommend intro to Pole to anyone looking for a fun work out that doesn’t feel like a work out.

Update 12/2022

I have been taking classes for a while now from coach Dionne, I have seen so much improvement in my skills and my strength. Dionne dose such an amazing job with her students. The lessons are well planned and she does a great job of challenging her students with each warm up, workout, confidence and skill building. She focuses a lot on the technique of each move so that way we look sold in our group routines. The overall investment of coach Dionne’s class is fun, exciting and a great place to make friends! We have so much fun together cheering each other on when learning new skills. I look forward to class every week to see my friends and build my confidence. :)

I’ve been taking intro to pole with Dionne on Mondays and it’s been a great experience. Pole sport is so hard! I don’t feel ready to move on to pole 1 yet (mostly because I can’t climb yet) so I think I will take intro again during the winter session
