Power & Grace Gymnastics Center, established in 1999, is a premier gymnastics facility serving Sioux Falls and the surrounding areas in South Dakota and Iowa. We offer a wide range of classes and teams for all ages and skill levels. Our offerings include competitive teams, cheerleading programs, advanced and beginner classes, adult gymnastics, birthday parties, special events like Rumble in the Jungle, and much more. Our state-of-the-art facility features top-notch equipment and experienced coaches dedicated to helping every athlete achieve their full potential. This is a great place for a young person. We go to watch our granddaughter but there are so many young talented kids there. It’s amazing to see the hard work these young ladies put in honing their skills.

My daughter has been with Power & Grace for 7 years, and she is only 10. This gym is FAMILY! The coaches care about the development of the athletes as a person as much as an athlete. Perfect, staff is really good, I have 2 daughters and almost a year of lessons, I noticed my toddler’s progress throughout the discipline and focus is better every-time, my 6 years old, now she is intermediate and progressing!

My kids love Power & Grace! My daughter does competitive gymnastics which we love the program. My son has done boy gymnastics and my other daughter has done cheerleading. We've gone to open gym many times for something fun and reasonably priced for the kids to do. All the staff is very nice and helpful. We highly recommend Power and Grace Gymnastics for all ages.

Love this place so much! I have 3 girls on their competition cheer team! This is the start of our third competition season and I could never imagine my girls going to any other gym! The coaches and owners are so amazing and caring! My girls have grown so much in so many ways since joining the P&G Wildcats!

My daughter is 4 & we take her to weekly classes here! If you are looking for patient & knowledgable staff, this is the place to go. All of the teachers are amazing, but Miss Ashlyn is my daughter’s favorite & her usual instructor. Her patience, & kindness is unmatched. Our daughter finds some of the tasks easier, so she finds ways to make them more challenging for her. The monthly tuition is affordable, & the parent portal is user friendly. GO HERE!

A great gym! We moved from out of state and loved our previous gym but this gym has been just as great. They focus a lot on team building and confidence in what they do in and out of the gym. If you're looking for a family friendly gym this is the place for you!
