Fit Body is a very friendly and welcoming community. I really enjoy the convenience of the 30 minute HIIT workouts. The workouts are always different, giving you opportunity to work all areas of the body. The coaches are great at giving you modifications if you have limited mobility or range of motion. They have a variety of workout times available which makes it easy to plan around the day/week. They also have an InBody scale so you can track your progress including muscle gain and fat loss - not just numbers on the scale. It’s a great way to challenge yourself and stay motivated!

I absolutely LOVE this gym! They have all 30-minute, full-body, HIIT-style workouts that are different every day. Each workout session is coached by a trainer who demonstrates each exercise, provides modifications for anyone who needs them, corrects your form to help prevent you from getting injured, and keeps everyone motivated and energized. All of the coaches are knowledgeable, fun, and bear a striking resemblance to certain superheroes. 😉 All of the members are great, too! Everyone is fun, supportive, and pushes each other to be better -- it's like one big family!

Highly recommend this gym. The workouts are varied and quite effective. The coaches are very knowledgeable and, equally important, personable. The owner is very friendly and goes out of her way to make visitors and members feel welcome (you rock Libby!). I absolutely LOVE FitBody Bootcamp! The coaches are very knowledgeable. Every day is a different workout. You can work as hard as you want and modify when needed! Libby has created a very welcoming environment and no matter your fitness level, you will have the “can do” attitude! FitBody is for all ages from 16-82 yrs old! This place is a joke, I have an ok by the my doctor to do workouts, done this bed in Reno, had no issues then have a coach think they can say it is ok for me to do , i believe my doctor knows more than a fitness coach, so i will take my workouts elsewhere. When I get the ok by my doctor then that should be enough, n to me your discrimination, especially when I was in one before they gave me a chance your place is a joke not to mention I can do Insanity Max 30 with no problems .

I started RC Boot Camp in November and have been going 2-3 times a week since then. I also mix in some running and elliptical throughout the week, but I love the variety of the Fit Body workouts and they're still finding muscles I didn't even know I had. The staff is super helpful and supportive, and they seem to make everyone feel comfortable regardless of where they're at on the wellness journey. I highly recommend it!

I started at RC Bootcamp (now RC Fitbody Bootcamp) a little over a year ago planning to just do the 10-week challenge. I never left! The coaches, Nick and Steven are amazing! They are so encouraging and have had their own journeys, so they have been in our shoes. They will provide modifications for those just starting out or have back, knee, shoulder issues, etc. The new owner, Libby, makes effort to be there as much as possible. She is always positive, encouraging, and wants to do what she can to help you meet your goals. The half our workouts can be challenging sometimes, but the results are worth it!!

I used to go to this place and they just took away the last class of the day. That's the class i always went to and no notice. Just happen to find out when trying to book a class. NOT a way to treat paying customers.Didn't even give option to stop contract after new ownership made these changes. I would be careful when signing a contract with them

Today was the last day of a six-week challenge with Rapid City Boot Camp, and I’ve LOVED IT! I’ve never been a gym person and used to avoid exercising, but my friend encouraged me to do a challenge with her. I have zero regrets, and I’m actually sorry to see it end. The structure is “bite-sized” 30-minute workouts that are always intense, but they never ask you to do more than you’re able to do. I also like that the exercises change every day. It keeps it fun! The coaches are good, and the people who come are friendly and uplifting. If you don't like working out or if you love working out, I'd encourage you to check them out. I have certainly enjoyed it, plus I feel better for adding regular exercise to my week.

I I started it Rapid City Boot Camp with a six week challenge. Obviously in order to see major changes, six weeks isn’t going to be enough. However, in that short time, I did manage to notice major changes in my ability to do certain exercises. I have no doubt that a longer period of time will show major improvements.
As far as Rapid City Boot Camp, I highly recommend it! The exercises are varied enough where you never know what to expect each day, but the intensity level of each day is fairly predictable from week to week. The instructors are all excellent, and are very good at finding ways to mod exercises for physical complications. They even found a way for me to be able to do push-ups with carpal tunnel!

I had a great experience doing one of their 6 week challenges. There are tons of classes available throughout the day that can work with just about anyone’s schedule and at only 30 minutes a session it’s easy to fit in. I really enjoyed the variety of workouts and learned a lot about what I need to focus on at my traditional gym. The trainers and other participants are all great and the atmosphere is very comfortable and clean.

RC Bootcamp is a friendly atmosphere. Everyone cheers everyone else on. People of all fitness levels can do their workouts and you can do alternative exercises when you’re not strong enough yet to do the main exercise. If you've tried everything else and it didn't fit your style, this is the gym for you. Motivating atmosphere with knowledgeable trainers, it's a personal trainer feeling but you're not alone. It's an ever changing circuit style workout with change ups here and there. The trainers are great with modifying workouts to fit everyones personal fitness level. I'm motivated to get up every morning and go. And for those of you worried about fitting it into your work schedule, the workouts are 30 minutes and there are changing rooms in the back.
