I love this gym. Staff is friendly and so helpful. They are always answering questions and teaching members new information about healthy ways to care for your body. I have tried consistently working out in the past but always felt intimidated and embarrassed to ask questions. It always seemed like everyone knew what they were doing when they got to the gym- but I just didn't. I still don't know very much, but I'm no longer intimidated to learn. A huge part of that is how welcoming and at home I have felt here at Rapid Fitness. It is an amazing community.

I love having 24/7 access. Lots of equipment so I rarely have to wait for equipment. Matt is very helpful and knowledgeable. Classes are fun, instructors and great and sizes are perfect. There are always challenges going on to motivate you and lots of free workouts, recipes,etc.

I love Rapid Fitness. We are so lucky to have all of the amenities/equipment this gym has in our small town. Not only that, but I've found the people that work there to be helpful and the other gym goers to be very respectful of others. You can tell the owners Matt and Margo take an immense amount of pride in their gym and have created an awesome/clean atmosphere.
