Its a nice gym , but nobody is ever at the gym during staff hours or answers the phone. I am traveling for work and just trying to get a workout in. So this is frustrating

They are very limited on space. They only have one squat rack and one bench. The bathrooms are nice, with showers and everything. It's definitely not a luxury gym, but does the job.

Best place to workout. Being able to come in at whatever hour to work is super convenient as I don't have to worry about coming in during business hours as most gyms do.

John Lenz runs a GREAT gym! There's everything you need to get a quality workout, in a clean and well kept environment. He has showers at the gym as well as tanning!! I recommend this to anyone looking to workout!
