I recently did a class with Somer at Solidcore and omg my butt was kicked in the best of ways. I truly thought this was going to be a light workout but I was wrong. It worked me literally to the core (pun intended) I was sore for a week after! Iβm definitely working Solidcore into my new routine because this was a full body experience. Super fun, energetic, time went by so fast!!! Love love love

I've been working out here for over a year, and I love it. I have a membership which helps me actually get workouts in since they're paid for ahead of time. The 50 minute workouts are very challenging, yet the time flies by. Most of the people that work out here seem to be in really good shape, but it's a welcoming environment for people of any level of athleticism; I started at a point where I was postpartum and hadn't exercised in a year and a half. There are modifications for various levels, from beginner to advanced. Highly recommend!

Recently attended a class for a work outing. I was truly nervous going into class as I had never done a Pilates class before. Somer had so much energy and made everyone feel comfortable while still having fun. Great workout, highly recommended to anyone wanting to try something different!!

I just started going to Solidcore and Iβm so glad there is a location in Sioux Falls (worth the drive from Sioux City). The workout is challenging but the instructors are all super nice. Itβs a tough workout for a beginner but they suggest different modifications to make it easier or harder depending on how you are feeling that day. Iβve done the 5 am and 6 am classes and they are pretty full.

Poor experience. I am a member at another location so stopped in at the Sioux Falls studio while in town for work. The first day, the instructor taught the wrong mhscle group. (Should have been hamstrings, announced as and taught leg wrap.) The second day, my vehicle was broken into outside the studio during the 5a class, resulting in a stolen wallet.
